With early roots in the basement of Howard Kramer’s eastern Lebanon home, Listrak did more than $50 million in revenue last year. Now they are opening a new office outside Philly to try and recruit the talent necessary to take the company to $100 million.

The decision to expand into the Philadelphia market is a logical step in our growth and recruitment strategy. King of Prussia and the surrounding region provides a dynamic business environment, as well as an amazing group of top universities and established technology companies. This location will allow us to further expand our staffing and capabilities in data analytics, strategy services and account management, increase our ability to service future markets, and keep delivering results for our current clients.
The new location is a 3,800 SF space inside the Valley Forge Office Center. According to Lancaster Newspapers, Listrak is investing about $100,000 to outfit the space.
Ross Kramer began Ross Kramer Personal Computer Solutions in 1993 while still a senior at ELCO, according to a 2015 profile by Brad Rhen. After Kramer graduated Penn State in 1998, he started a new web hosting business, Vertx, which he sold after some early commercial email work proved extremely in demand.
The company is currently headquarter in Lititz, where it has been since last year. The offices sit on 27-acres and have an on-site gym and a cafe managed by a local restaurant group. The company also has an office in Newport Beach.
Howard and Ross Kramer have roots in eastern Lebanon County.Howard graduated from ELCO in 1966 and went on to serve as a sniper in Vietmnam where he was awarded the Combat Infantryman’s Badge along with four Bronze Star Medals for Heroism, among other awards. Beginning in the seventies, Howard Kramer built a legacy in Schaefferstown running emergency services as well as serving on the ELCO school board and on the board of St. Paul’s UCC. Prior to joining his son in business Howard was a banker with PNC. Ross is a class of 1994 ELCO graduate who also organized his class’ 20th year reunion at the Lantern Lodge.
Listrak was also the company at the center of the Trump Hotel email server controversy, which has been debunked as a non-issue by experts (unless the issue is email overload and not Russian intrigue, in which case, yes, Listrak is somewhat complicit – the firm sends billions of emails per month).
Listrak expects to create 25 jobs at the new office.
