22ND ST @ CHESTNUT ST – LEBANON
Vehicle traffic stop for failure to stop at a stop sign; a 19 year old Lebanon man was cited for Driving while Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked and warned about the stop sign violation. A 17 year old male juvenile (passenger) was cited for violating the North Cornwall Township Curfew Ordinance.
City of Lebanon Police
Two 14 year old males, a 16 year old male, a 39 year old male and a 36 year old male all from Lebanon have been cited for Disorderly Conduct after investigation into an incident that occurred on 1-23-19 at 1502 hours at 8th and Church Streets. The group is accused of fighting and causing a disturbance.
A 17 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License and a Curfew violation after being stopped by police for the curfew violation on 2-23-19 at 0209 hours on the 00 block of N. 8th Street. Police approached the juvenile who fled on foot and found shortly after hiding in a yard to the rear of a property. He is accused of possessing a stolen firearm after it was recovered from the location he was hiding. Charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office. Lebanon County Juvenile Probation detained the juvenile.
A 13 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Harassment after an investigation into an incident that occurred on 2-19-19 at 1931 hours on the 00 block of E. Locust Street. He is accused of threatening to harm 13 year old female.
Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against a 20 year old Lebanon woman after contact with police on 1-23-19 at 1712 hours at 8th and Cumberland Streets.
Driving Under the Influence and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speeds has been filed against a 22 year old Etters man after a single vehicle accident that occurred on 12-02-19 at 0344 hours on the 400 block of S. 12th Street. Police allege his BAC was .168% at the time of the incident.
Pennsylvania State Police
On February 5 around 10:30am, a 42 year old Lititz woman, a 28 year old Lancaster man, and a 30 year old Lancaster women were contacted at 988 Houtzman Road for a request assist from another police department for a welfare check. During the encounter, a probable cause search was conducted of the vehicle. During the search, suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia were seized. Drug possession charges against the accused were filed with MDJ Wolfe’s office.
