According to Pennsylvania State Police, sometime in the past few months two 100 pound propane tanks were stolen from the historic Schaeffer Farm.
The farm is located at 213 S. Carpenter Street in Schaefferstown, Heidelberg Township. It is owned and managed by Historic Schaefferstown, Inc.
Not much is known about the theft, other than that it occurred between October 7 and yesterday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Trooper Michael Tomko of the Pennsylvania State Police Jonestown unit and reference incident number PA2019-215601.
