Here are all the countywide results for the 2019 municipal primary in Lebanon County.

The race to be a Republican nominee for County Commissioner was at times bitter and personal, but it all came to an end Tuesday evening with Bill Ames and Bob Phillips securing spots in the general election.

According to results posted by the County, Phillips secured the highest number of votes with 7,418. Ames received 6,057 votes and Shirk received 5,172.

The Democrats had just two candidates running for County Commissioner, so both Jo Ellen Litz (2,760 votes) and Fran Rassoul (2,008 votes) will advance to the general election.

Dawn Blauch wrapped up a victory in the race for the Republican nod for Lebanon County Recorder with 5,965 votes, beating Dan Bost who received 4,859 votes.

Robert M. Mettley and Jeffrey Yocum will be Controller and Coroner respectively, having both run unopposed. Yocum received the highest total number of votes in the election, with 10,302.

Cleona Borough voted “Yes” 207-146 on the question of whether liquor licenses should be granted for sale of liquor at establishments in the borough.

Out of 72,192 total registered voters, this election saw about 21% turnout. About 26% of registered Republicans voted, 11,856 voters, and 14% of registered Democrats, 3,495 voters.
