City of Lebanon
Terrence Henderson a 40 year old Lancaster resident has been charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement, Public Drunkenness, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 9-16-19 at 0826 hours on the 900 block of Church Street. Henderson is accused of being intoxicated in public and providing a false name to police. He attempted to escape from police requiring police to engage in a brief foot pursuit. When caught by police he resisted efforts to be handcuffed. Henderson was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail. Additional charges of retail theft are pending against Henderson for two other incidents within Lebanon City.
A 37 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 9-20-19 at 0241 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street.
Cornwall Borough
Accident – Occurred Thursday, 3:12 PM, on Schaeffer Road just west of Cherry Avenue. A 25 year old Myerstown woman was traveling east on SR 419 and ran into the rear of a stopped vehicle driven by a 35 year old Newmanstown man, pushing it into the rear of another stopped vehicle driven by a 22 year old Myerstown man. No injuries. The Myerstown woman’s vehicle was towed, the others were drivable.
Accident – Occurred today, 11:03 AM, on SR 72 South/SR 322 East, south of the Mount Gretna exit. Vehicle driven by a 25 year old Palmyra man, struck a piece of tire lying on the roadway causing it to become airborne and strike a vehicle driven by a 53 year old East Petersburg man. No injuries. Both vehicles were drivable.
Jackson Township
Between September 22 at 2:30am and September 22 at 6:00am, between the above listed times, the Victims 2000 Ford Ranger Pickup truck, color purple was stolen from the driveway. The victim related the vehicle was left unlocked and the keys were in the truck. The Actor(s) stole the truck from the driveway after arriving from an unknown direction by unknown means. The Actor(s) left the scene in the truck heading in an unknown direction. The vehicle has been entered as stolen in CLEAN/NCIC. North Londonderry Township
On September 21, police responded to Walmart for a retail theft. A 45 year old Myerstown man was observed at the self checkout register failing to scan the correct UPC code on certain items, not paying the full retail value. Total value, $113.41. He was charged with retail theft.
On September 21 at 3:30pm at Flagship Cinema, a 25 year old Jonestown woman’s vehicle struck a 71 year old Williamstown woman’s vehicle while parked in the parking lot of the Flagship Cinema movie theater. Minor damage to both vehicles. No towing required.
South Londonderry Township
For an incident that occurred August 20 at 6:20am, a 39 year old Palmyra man is charged with having an altercation with a fellow co-worker and subjecting the victim to physical contact by pushing him with his chest.
For an incident that occurred September 3 at 11:30pm, the Police Department was on patrol in the area of the Rail Trail parking area at Mt. Wilson Rd and Mt. Gretna Rd when a vehicle was discovered in the parking lot after dusk. Contact was made with the vehicle’s owner, a 21 year old Lebanon woman, and a passenger. A small amount of marijuana was discovered in the vehicle at that time.
On September 13 at 10:35am, the South Londonderry Township Police Department was dispatched to the report of a motor vehicle collision in the 2900 block of Horseshoe Pike. It was determined that the two vehicles involved, which were reportedly traveling in opposing lanes of travel on Horseshoe Pike, had collided causing damage to each vehicle’s driver side mirror. The vehicles were driven by a 71 year old Palmyra man and a 65 year old Manheim man.
West Cornwall Township
Hit & Run – An Atlanta, GA man reported his Jeep Rubicon was struck September 14th, between 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM while parked on the lot at 81 W. Main St., Quentin. The vehicle sustained left side fender damage.
Accident – Occurred Thursday, 4:32 PM, on SR 72 near Alden Lane. Vehicle driven by a 59 year old Lebanon man pulled onto SR 72 from a business driveway in front of a northbound vehicle driven by a 56 year old Bethel. man. The Lebanon man was treated at the scene by EMS personnel for minor injuries. Both vehicles were towed.
