According to organizers, more than 50 volunteers helped with the effort, including Visit Lebanon Valley president Jennifer Kuzo, United Way CEO Brooke Smith, and State Sen. David Arnold (R-48).
As part of the program, each class also received a copy of the book to keep for future readings.
LebTown joined Arnold on Wednesday for his visit to Peg Neiswender’s first grade classroom at Cornwall-Lebanon School District’s Ebenezer Elementary School. Find our photos below.
