Bethel Township

Vehicle Accident – On Feb. 7, 2021 at 4:09 a.m., this two-vehicle crash occurred as Unit 1, a an unknown make and model, driven by Operator 1, was traveling in the right lane of I 78 traversing west when it struck the righthand side of Unit 2, a 2016 Dodge Journey, driven by Operator 2, a 24 year old Chambersburg woman, accompanied by Passenger 1, a 34 year old Chambersburg man, and Passenger 2, an 11 year old Chambersburg female. Unit 2 sustained disabling damage to the front right wheel and right side. Upon contact from Unit 1, Unit 2 came to a complete stop in the lefthand lane of I 78 West. Unit 2 came to final rest facing west in the lefthand lane of travel. Operator 1 failed to remain at the scene with Unit 1 following the crash. Operator 2, Passenger 1, and Passenger 2 were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash and did not sustain any injuries. PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Joe May’s Towing.

City of Lebanon

Public Drunkenness – A 31 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Jan. 31, 2021 at 6:26 a.m. on the 400 block of North 4th St.

Public Drunkenness – A 40 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Jan. 31, 2021 at 8:50 a.m. on the 100 block of South Gannon St.

Harassment – A 27 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment on Jan. 30, 2021 at 5:50 p.m. on the 700 block of East Cumberland St.

Disorderly Conduct – A 19 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music) on Jan. 31, 2021 at 2:37 a.m. on the 600 block of Maple St. She was also cited on Feb. 6, 2021 at 2:21 a.m. for Disorderly Conduct (loud music).

Disorderly Conduct – A 20 year old South Lebanon Twp. woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct after an incident on Jan. 29, 2021 at 3:50 p.m. on the 700 block of Willow St.

Public Drunkenness, Drug Possession – A 29 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Feb. 5, 2021 at 3:00 a.m. on the 200 block of North 7th St.

Public Drunkenness – A 53 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Feb. 5, 2021 at 12:46 a.m. at 1201 Cumberland St.

Harassment – A 50 year old Swatara Twp. woman has been cited for Harassment on Jan. 27, 2021 at 2:50 p.m. on the 800 block of Bowman St.

Harassment – A 15 year old female, a 56 year old man, and a 66 year old man, all from Lebanon, have been cited for Harassment after an incident on Jan. 27, 2021 at 1:56 p.m. on the 700 block of North 7th St.

Scattering Rubbish – A 45 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Scattering Rubbish on Feb. 5, 2021 at 7:49 p.m. on the 500 block of Lehman St.

Harassment – A 21 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on Feb. 5, 2021 at 8:23 a.m. on the 900 block of Reinoehl St.

Public Drunkenness – A 25 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Feb. 7, 2021 at 11:18 a.m. at 10th St. and Monument St.

Public Drunkenness, Purchase, Consumption, Possession, Or Transportation Of Liquor – A 20 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness and Purchase, Consumption, Possession, or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages on Feb. 7, 2021 at 12:39 a.m. on the 200 block of North 8th St.

DUI, Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness – Delson Mitchell, a 21 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness after a minor traffic accident on Jan. 23, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. on the 200 block of North Gannon St. Mitchell is accused of fleeing the scene of the vehicle accident and subsequently found by police on the 00 block of North 5th St. Police allege he failed the field sobriety tests and refused the blood alcohol test. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

PFA Violation – Patrick Embry, a 49 year old with no permanent address, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation after making verbal contact with the 33 year old Victim on Jan. 18, 2021 at 10:15 p.m. on the 300 block of North Prune St. Embry has not been located.

Theft – A charge of Theft has been filed against Trinity Koski, a 20 year old Lebanon resident, after an investigation into a theft on Jan. 15, 2021 at 7:48 p.m. on the 500 block of South Lincoln Ave. She is accused of taking a total of $335.00 in lottery tickets and cash from her employer.

Aggravated Assault, Institutional Vandalism, Recklessly Endangering Another Person – Carlos Ramirez-Murray, a 25 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Institutional Vandalism, Propulsion of Missle into an Occupied Vehicle, Possession of Instruments of Crime, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Mischief after an incident on Jan. 18, 2021 at 11:37 a.m. at North 8th St. and Mifflin St. Police were dispatched to a domestic dispute at that location. Upon arrival, Ramirez is accused of immediately approaching the police vehicle and throwing a brick at the side of the police vehicle. The impact of the brick striking the vehicle caused the side impact airbags to deploy. Ramirez fled from the scene and was not apprehended immediately. The Victim of the domestic was interviewed and subsequently provided a false statement to police. A charge of False Reports was filed against Jennifer Occasion-Santiago, a 28 year old Lebanon resident. Ramirez was apprehended later the same day and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Receiving Stolen Property – A charge of Receiving Stolen Property has been filed against Jeremy Shay, a 34 year old Annville resident, after investigation into a burglary that occurred on July 2, 2020 at 9th St. and Maple St. Shay is accused of possessing the stolen item, a SnapOn diagnostic tool, and selling said item. Total loss to the business was $5,179.10.

East Hanover Township

Vehicle Accident – On Feb. 9, 2021 at 8:36 a.m., this crash occurred on SR 22 approximately .50 miles west of its intersection with Lincoln School Rd. in East Hanover Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2005 Mitsubishi Galant, driven by Operator 1, a 37 year old Mahanoy City man, was traveling east in the right lane of SR 22 in snowy conditions. Operator 1 lost control, exited the right side of the roadway, and struck a snowbank. Unit 1 came to final rest facing south partially blocking the right lane of SR 22 East. There were no injuries in the crash. Operator 1 was cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.

Vehicle Accident – On Feb. 6, 2021 at 3:12 p.m., this three-vehicle crash occurred on SR 934 at its intersection with the on-ramp for SR 22 in East Hanover Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2017 Toyota RAV4, driven by Operator 1, a 65 year old Harrisburg woman, accompanied by Passenger 1, a 69 year old Harrisburg woman, was traveling northbound on SR 934, south of its intersection with the on-ramp for SR 22. Unit 2, a 2012 Ford F350, driven by Operator 2, a 26 year old Kunkletown man, accompanied by Passenger 2, a 24 year old Claremore, OK woman, was traveling southbound on SR 934, south of its intersection with the on-ramp for SR 22. Unit 1 attempted to turn left onto the on-ramp for SR 22 in front of Unit 2. Unit 1 did not have proper clearance to make the lefthand turn and was struck by Unit 2. Unit 1 then struck Unit 3, a 2017 Ford Explorer, driven by Operator 3, a 58 year old Lebanon woman, which was parked at the stop sign at the intersection. Operator 1, Operator 2, and the Passenger of Unit 2 were injured as a result of this crash and were transported via Life Lion to the Hershey Medical Center. The Passenger of Unit 1 sustained a possible injury but refused EMS transport. Operator 3 did not sustain any injuries as a result of this crash. Unit 1 and Unit 2 sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene by Porrini’s Towing. Operator 1 was cited for Vehicle Turning Left.

Jackson Township

Overdose – On Feb. 10, 2021 at 11:33 p.m., PSP Jonestown troopers were dispatched to the 100 block of Wintersville Rd. in Jackson Twp. to assist EMS with an overdose. First Aid & Safety Patrol and Myerstown EMS responded to the residence and administered one .4MG dose of Narcan to the Victim. The Victim became conscious and refused medical treatment/transport. The Victim admitted to using heroin. The Victim was a 36 year old Myerstown man.

Drug Possession – On Feb. 2, 2021 at 11:58 p.m., at West Washington Ave. and North Fairlane Ave., PSP Jonestown conducted a traffic stop. The Operator of the vehicle was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, prescription pills, and related paraphernalia. Charges are to be filed accordingly. The vehicles involved included a 2015 Kia Optima.

Myerstown Borough

Firearm Purchase – On June 3, 2020 at 3:06 p.m., this incident occurred on West Main Ave. as the Suspect attempted to purchase a firearm from Lauck’s Sporting Goods and was subsequently denied.

North Lebanon Township

Drug Possession – A 24 year old Lebanon man was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident that occurred at his residence on Feb. 2, 2021.

North Londonderry Township

Vehicle Accident – On Feb. 6, 2021 at 11:37 p.m., the North Londonderry Twp. police were dispatched to a hit-and-run accident that occurred on the 400 block of South Lingle Ave. It was reported that a gray in color vehicle drove off of the roadway into the yard of the residence located on the 400 block of South Lingle Ave. and struck a vehicle parked in the driveway. The striking vehicle then fled the scene, traveling south on South Lingle Ave. The vehicle was later located in the Rockledge Development and the driver was identified as a 50 year old Palmyra woman. Allen was cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property, and Immediate Notice of Accident to Police Department.

Theft – Sometime between Feb. 9, 2021 and Feb. 11, 2021, these incidents occurred on the 00 block of Peach St. and the 900 block of Gravel Hill Rd. A Husky snowblower, valued at $250.00, was taken from the driveway of a residence on Peach St. sometime on Feb. 9, 2021 or Feb. 10, 2021. A Toro snowblower, valued at $225.00, was taken from a porch of a residence on Gravel Hill Rd. sometime on Feb. 10, 2021 or Feb. 11, 2021.
