Lebanon-based APR Supply Company, a wholesale supplier of plumbing, heating, and cooling supplies, has acquired four new branch locations in western Pennsylvania.

Three of the four have existing retail showrooms, and will be converted to APR’s Oasis Kitchen & Bath consumer brand.

The additions in Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties had been Plumbers’ Equipment Company outlets. Plumbers’ Equipment is a division of Chicago-based Crawford Supply.

“We are excited to expand our service area in the Pittsburgh region and offer the addition of HVAC equipment to that contractor community. We anticipate the Plum Borough [Allegheny County] location will serve as a regional distribution center and will help APR keep pace with the growth of our western region,” said Scott Weaver, APR’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

APR now has 37 locations throughout Pennsylvania, one in New Jersey, and one in Delaware.

The western Pennsylvania acquisitions will bring APR’s company wide workforce to 370 employees.

APR is also looking forward to opening a new Lebanon distribution center on Joel Drive in July, and expects it to be fully operational this fall.
