A second individual has been charged over the Oct. 27 shooting/crash which led to the death of a 16-year-old Lebanon male.

Lebanon City Police Chief Todd Breiner announced Wednesday, Nov. 3., that 15-year-old Lebanon resident Jayden Pagan has been charged with homicide and conspiracy to commit homicide, as well as additional firearms-related charges.

Pagan has not been located and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, the police chief said in a release.
