This month’s First Friday Lebanon Art Walk is nearly here, and LebTown has everything you need to know for the night’s festivities.

Organized by the Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts, First Friday takes place on (you guessed it) the first Friday of each month, with stores and restaurants in Lebanon and Mt. Gretna opening up to the public and showcasing art and music.

At the Art Center (770 Cumberland Street), the Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts will be featuring a night of music and art. At the LVCA Rich Johnson will be presenting his paintings from 5 to 7 p.m., as well as playing an hour of music with Bob Valgenti from 7 to 8 p.m. See Johnson’s inventory here (PDF).

The LVCA is also hosting a holiday popup shop on its second floor featuring local creators and makers. The pop-up store has been open since the November First Friday event and will also be open on Saturday, Dec. 4, and Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

At the Lebanon Picture Frame & Fine Art Gallery, a reception will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with new works in oil by Robert Heilman.
