As spring rolls toward a close, the advent of summer produce stands is drawing near. LebTown wants to know YOUR favorite place to get everything from corn to cantaloupe, asparagus to sugar snap peas, strawberries to tomatoes, and … well, pretty much anything that grows fresh in south-central Pennsylvania!

(Except zucchini … don’t get us wrong, we love zucchini, but we also know everyone gets it from that one gardener down the street who planted too much again this year and shares it with the neighborhood.)

So, let’s hear your go-to places for fresh fruits and veggies. What roadside stands do you always visit, and why? Be sure to include the stand’s name, if it has one, as well as its address, a list of typical offerings, and a brief explanation of why YOU like it. You can submit your answers on Facebook (under the appropriate heading, of course) or by sending an email to tom@lebtown.com.

Results will appear in a future LebTown post. Thanks for sharing your opinions! (And, we suppose, for sharing your zucchini, too….)
