ASH Cigar & Whiskey Bar is expected to open in the North Cornwall Commons complex by the end of the month.
The new cigar bar will be located at 115 Springwood Drive, Suite 100, with hours seven days a week from noon until midnight. As the name suggests, ASH Cigar & Whiskey Bar also plans to serve liquor through a license picked up from Gary’s Sports Bar & Grill, now pending with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
Although Lebanon County is no stranger to cigar bars or even cigar manufacturing, ASH will be Lebanon County’s only cigar bar once open. More than two dozen cigar manufacturers once operated in Lebanon County, with more than a hundred businesses once licensed to distribute and sell cigars.

Pete Kristovensky, Brendan Cawley and Kevin Endy, all of Lebanon, are the three partners of PBK Investment Group, the venture behind the ASH concept. The company is currently renovating the space in North Cornwall Commons, including outfitting the space with eight TVs and a side deck/porch area that looks out towards the fairgrounds and Mick’s.
A full bar menu will be offered, including craft and classic cocktails, rotating drafts, and a bottle beer list, paired with more than 100 premium cigars. The food menu will be centered around snack items, such as hot dogs, nachos and soft pretzels, according to an online job posting.
“We are thrilled to bring the cigar lounge concept to Lebanon County,” said Kristovensky. “For years, we have recognized the need to have a destination to buy and enjoy cigars in one place.”
“We’re excited to welcome the community to ASH and look forward to opening our doors.”
The owners said that the bar will open its doors to the public by the end of the month.
