Weekend Forecast: Warmer weather to end heading into Saturday, frost possible

Good Friday afternoon,

The warmer weather we have been spoiled with on Thursday and Friday will come to an end as a cold front enters the region late Friday afternoon. When the cold front enters, expect windy conditions to be felt, and a few isolated showers cannot be ruled out. Most locations should remain dry. By Friday night, temps will crash to around 40 degrees.

Saturday, despite wall-to-wall sunshine, temps will hold in the mid 50’s for an afternoon high. FROST IS POSSIBLE! Temps will be flirting around freezing overnight so keep this in mind if you have outdoor plants you want to protect.

Sunday will feature another chilly day as temps again will not get out of the mid 50’s. Overnight we again will be flirting with possible frost as temps will be close to freezing overnight.

Lower 60’s return for early next week under mostly sunny skies.
