The Lebanon Valley Sertoma Club awarded $2,000 to the Pennsylvania Dutch Boy Scout Council through its 2022 Sertoma Club Grant.
Members of the club presented the check to Horseshoe Trail District Executive Nicole Welch at a meeting in January.
The check will go towards the Friends of Scouting fundraising program, which supports a number of key scouting activities including the operation of Bashore Scout Reservation and J. Edward Mack Scout Reservation. According to a press release from the LV Sertoma Club, the funds will go towards Cub Scout programs.
