The City of Lebanon announced that it is offering a new spring leaf drop-off service for city residents.

Lebanon residents will be able to drop off leaves only at the Greenwaste Center, at 893 N. 8th St., on the following dates/times:

  • Monday, April 10, 12 to 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, April 11, 12 to 5 p.m.
  • Friday, April 14, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 15, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The drop-off service is for leaves only. According to a press release, city residents will be required to show proof of city residence to enter the facility. Residents may bring leaves to the facility in tarps or bags, but any tarps or bags must then be removed from the site by the resident.

In addition to the drop-off service, the city said that curbside spring yard waste collection is scheduled for the week of April 17-21, but noted that leaves are not accepted for curbside collection.
