If you hear rumblings from northern Lebanon County this month, worry not – it’s probably just the Gap.
Here’s the training schedule at Fort Indiantown Gap for the rest of April.
Mortar live-fire training will be held April 3 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., April 21 from from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and April 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Artillery training will be held April 13-16 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and April 27-29 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Hand grenade training will be held on April 17 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Fort Indiantown Gap is the only live-fire and maneuver military base in Pennsylvania. It is considered the nation’s largest National Guard training facility by number of mandays trained – close to one million annually.
