Betty Lou Fulmer Strubhar Hancock, 82, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023, at Manor Care, Lebanon.

Born in Greenpoint on May 12, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Rufus R. and Mary Jane (Weaver) Fulmer.

She worked for 50 years as a bartender. She was a member at the Perseverance Fire Company Social Club for many years, long time legion auxiliary member, and a mother to many people she met throughout her years. Betty Lou enjoyed camping, Bubba’s chicken on the grill, and spending time with people. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Randy R., husband of Toni Strubhar, of Lebanon, and daughter, Nancy S., wife of David Pickett, of Myerstown; six grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by sons, Raymond R., George H., and Keith A. Strubhar

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family.
