David M. Blouch, Sr., of Lebanon, aged 65, passed away on March 26, 2023.
He was born and raised in Lebanon to Irene (Hartman) Blouch and the late Richard Blouch, Sr.
David was a 1975 graduate of Lebanon High School. David was an outdoorsman who had a passion for hiking, especially on the Appalachian Trail. He was also an avid cyclist and a talented trumpeter. In his earlier years, he was active in local church softball and recreational ice hockey leagues.
David is survived by his children, David Blouch, Jr., and his wife, Jenna, of Maryland, Danielle Gundrum, and her husband, Travis, of Myerstown, and Deanna Gamon, and her husband, Joel, of Annville, and grandchildren, Charlotte and Elizabeth Gamon; his brothers, Richard Blouch, Jr., and his wife, Patricia, of Lebanon, and James Blouch, and his wife, Kathleen, of Lebanon; his nieces, Heather Good, and her husband, Shawn, Gabriella Blouch; and nephews, Richard Blouch, III, and his wife, Kristen, and Michael Blouch.
Memorial services for David will be held on April 5, 2023, at 11:30 AM at Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., located at 618 E. Main St., Annville. A visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. There will be no interment.
