Dean T. Ramsay, 83, of West Chester, formerly Palmyra, died Friday, December 9th, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of over 62 years, Valerie A. (Colegrove) Ramsay.
Born in Elmira, NY, on March 19th, 1939, he was the son of the late James A. and Marian M. (Scudder) Ramsay.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two children, Scott Ramsay, husband of Dianah of Kernersville, NC, Jennifer Sturtevant, wife of David of West Chester, a sister, Judi Wills of Elmira, NY, and four grandchildren, Connor, Alec, Gavin, and Ian.
Dean was preceded in death by his brother, Alan Ramsay.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 7th, 2023, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 50 Plaza Dr., Palmyra, PA 17078.
