Norlan E. “Curly” Lambert, 86, of Jonestown, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023, at his home.
Born in Union Deposit on December 15, 1936, he was the son of the late Harvey Lee and Ina Slusser Lambert.
Norlan had worked as a Nursing Assistant at the VA Medical Center. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed wildlife, bird watching, and watching car auctions.
He is survived by his sons, Keith N., husband of Wanda Lambert, of Palmyra, Joel J., husband of Kathy Lambert, of Avon Heights, and Lyle D., husband of Michelle Lambert, of Waterworks; daughters, Carla A., wife of Kevin Brown, of Mt. Aetna, and Kim D. Lambert, of Myerstown; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and his sister, Hilda.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Nelson.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 13, 2023, at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A procession will be leaving the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown, at 10:30 a.m.
