Scott A. Collins, 53, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020 at Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital. He was the husband of Holly M. (Felty) Collins.

Born in Lebanon, PA on Oct. 28, 1966, Scott was a son of the late Jeremiah A. II and Barbara (Grosky) Collins.

Scott graduated from Lebanon High School in 1984. He then furthered his education at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York to achieve his Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. Scott worked as the executive sous-chef at the Eden Resort Inn & Suites in Lancaster for 12 years. Scott also volunteered as a band parent member for the Lebanon High School Marching band for four years.

In addition to his wife, Scott is survived by a son, Jacob A. Collins; a brother, Steven Collins and his wife Tammy, of Lebanon; a sister, Stacey Knarr and her husband Michael, of Hummelstown; a niece, Erin Collins; and two nephews, Matthew J. Knarr and Erik Snavely.
