This sponsored press release is paid advertising by the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce.

As it Grows… a farm-to-table event, will be held on October 5th on Walton Street in Lebanon (the alley next to the Farmers Market). The event runs from 5:30 -9:00 pm. The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce, Visit Lebanon Valley and the Community of Lebanon Association (CLA) have joined forces to bring together this one-of-a-kind event.

The Lebanon Valley is rich with agriculture and local resources. This event is designed to highlight all of these and the local talent that prepares them. This is not a fundraiser but a shared community experience.

The five-course meal will include a charcuterie tray of local meats and cheeses, a second, intermezzo, and third course prepared by Chef Dwayne Spencer (Timeless Café). The final course includes a dessert trio and coffee by Swatara Coffee Co. and their head baker (and LCCTC pastry arts graduate) Heather Wolfgang. The full menu is available online.

All elements of the dinner will incorporate locally sourced ingredients. This event is BYOB and includes a cocktail condiment station and ice buckets.

Seating is limited to 90. Tickets are $75 and are available for purchase online here. You must be 21 to attend. No walk-ins allowed. There are no membership requirements to attend this event.

In the event of rain, the dinner will be moved into 814 Cumberland Street, Lebanon (first floor).
