The Lebanon Valley Family YMCA has always been a great community partner. Join us for some upcoming community events. Next Monday, August 16, is Back to School Family Fun Night at the YMCA during Monday’s Market. The event is 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and includes a bounce house, vendors, music, games and more. This event is in collaboration with the YMCA, Making A Difference of Lebanon, PA, Salvation Army, WellSpan Health and United Way of Lebanon County. We also have the 35th Annual Lebanon County Senior Games scheduled for September 13-17. Registration is open to individuals 50 years of age and older. The Senior Games strives to promote the health and physical fitness of adults 50 years of age and older through organized events. Activities this year will include pickleball, miniature golf and bocce ball. This event is sponsored by the YMCA, WellSpan Health and Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging.
Not looking for an event, but want to stay active? We offer group exercise and water exercise classes, lap swimming in the pool, family swim time, a swim team, a state-of-the-art wellness center, an indoor track, pickleball, racquetball courts, basketball courts, child watch while members work out and so much more. We are offering a no joiner fee (savings of $50). You can also take advantage of our Members Together 20/20 Program. If you haven’t been a member of the Y for at least 12 months, find a friend who wants to join with you, and you can both save 20% on a qualifying membership as long as you both remain members.
If you are not comfortable coming to the Y in person, we have a virtual option which is provided exclusively to our members called Y Wellness 24/7. Our virtual health, wellness and fitness classes will help you stay motivated anywhere! You will also have access to over 140 classes each week from over 44 YMCAs in 7 states.
