Update 2/19: The Cornwall Borough Police said that the dog’s owner has been located and the dog has been returned to him.

The good boy (or girl, the release doesn’t say) pictured above was found this morning at a residence in South Lebanon Township along Route 322 near Cornwall Borough.
The dog is friendly and was found with no collar. Police are checking to see if it has a microchip.
