City of Lebanon

A warrant for Robbery and Theft has been issued for the arrest of a 30 year old Lebanon man after investigation into an incident which occurred on 3-04-19 at 2000 hours on the 00 block of S. 12th Street. He is accused of spitting at the 22 year old victim then pushing her down and taking a bag containing her property. The man and the victim are familiar with each other. The victim was not injured during the robbery. Total loss to the victim is $300.

Charges of Indecent Exposure and Open Lewdness have been filed against a 38 year old Lebanon man after investigation into an incident that occurred on 1-18-19 at 1130 hours on the 200 block of E. Cumberland Street. Root is accused of exposing and rubbing his penis while in a public place with another person present. No contact was made between the man and the victim and the victim did not know him. The man left the building prior to police arrival but was developed as a suspect and charged.

A 27 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 3-13-19 at 2203 hours on the 700 block of Chestnut Street.

A charge of Theft has been filed against a 42 year old North Lebanon Township man after investigation into a theft which occurred on 12-09-18 at 1315 hours on the 200 block of N. 7th Street. He is accused of taking property of another and failing to return it to the owner. The estimated loss to the victim is $789.99.

A 22 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disturbing the Peace (barking dog) on 3-12-19 at 1236 hours on the 200 block of Mifflin Street.

A 55 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Dogs Running At Large on 3-13-19 at 0900 hours on the 400 block of New Street.

Jonestown

This crash occurred as Unit 1, a car driven by a 52 year old Fredericksburg man, was traveling north on Walnut Manor Way, Jonestown Borough, Lebanon County on February 20 around 8:11pm. Operator 1 was unable to successfully navigate Unit 1 through a right-hand curve in the roadway and Unit 1 struck Unit 2, a 2002 Nissan Altima. After striking Unit 2, Operator 1 alerted the vehicle owner of Unit 2 of the crash; however, failed to provide the registration and proof of financial responsibility information for Unit 1. Unit 1 sustained unknown damage as a result of this crash and was able to be driven from the scene in its normal customary manner. Operator 1 sustained unknown injuries as a result of this crash. Unit 2 sustained minor damage to its rear trunk, bumper, and tail light at its 5 o’clock position.

Traffic stop for illegal window tint; a 22 year old Columbia male (driver) was charged with Marijuana-Small amount Personal Use, Driving Unregistered Vehicle and Operated/Perm Op W/Unsafe Eqmt (Illegal Window Tint). A 20 year old Lancaster man was charged with Marijuana-Small amount Personal Use.

Traffic stop for suspended registration; a 42 year old Palmyra woman was issued traffic citation for Operation Following Suspension of Registration and Required Financial Responsibility. License was removed, returned to PENNDOT and the vehicle was towed.

KOHL’S DEPARTMENT STORE
A 24 year old Lebanon man was charged with Retail Theft and Marijuana-Small amount Personal Use. He removed over $600.00 worth of merchandise on several occasions from Kohl’s and $9.99 from TJ Maxx. He was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.
