Observed containers of food stored directly on the floor in walk-in cooler area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.

No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the front prep area to remind food employees to wash their hands.

Raw chicken was stored above raw beef and ground meats were stored above whole cuts of meat, in the meat case and bacon was stored above RTE foods in another display case.

Observed clean food equipment in the kitchen area, stored in a manner that does not allow for draining and/or air drying (wet nesting).

6 – 501.16 Drying Mops
Mops are not being hung to air dry.

3 – 501.17 Ready-to-Eat, Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Date Marking
A few items of potentially hazardous ready-to-eat foods prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the walk-in cooler, are not being date marked.
