Inspections are taken as a “snapshot” of the day and time, and should not necessarily be taken as overall indicators of an establishment’s cleanliness. Violations are often corrected prior to the inspector leaving the site. Restaurants were found to be in compliance unless otherwise noted.

Food facility has a reminder statement on the menu for foods that are / or could be served raw or undercooked to the consumer; however, does not clearly disclose which foods the reminder statement applies to by asterisking them to a footnote that states that the items are served raw or undercooked, or contain (or may contain) raw or undercooked ingredients.

Observed non-food contact surfaces of the grill & fryers with grease accumulation.

3 – 501.13 Thawing Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food
Observed previously frozen, reduced oxygen packaged (ROP) fish not being removed from the ROP environment before thawing under refrigeration.
