City of Lebanon

A 22 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Trespassing on 5-11-19 at 2145 hours on the 1100 block of Federal Street.

A 55 year old Harrisburg man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 5-08-19 at 0320 hours on the 1100 block of Cumberland Street.

A 15 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for Retail Theft on 5-01-19 at 1140 hours at 41 S. 9th Street. Total loss to the merchant is $22.99.

Christopher Stoner a 35 year old North Lebanon Township resident has been charged with Terroristic Threats, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Simple Assault (domestic violence related), Harassment and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 5-11-19 at 1643 hours on the 1000 block of Maple Street. Stoner is accused of striking the 36 year old victim on her face and arm causing minor injury. He is also accused of threating to drive his vehicle into a utility pole saying he would kill all of them while swearing onto the sidewalk driving in close proximity to a utility pole. Two other victims ages 7 and 10 were inside the vehicle with Stoner and the adult victim. Stoner was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Charges of Forgery and Theft have been filed against Jessica Fleming a 26 year old Lebanon resident after investigation into an incident on 3-18-19 on 300 Schneider Drive. Fleming is accused of passing two checks to the credit union receiving $224.99 however; Fleming is accused of using two closed accounts from another banking facility knowing the accounts were closed. Charges file.

Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Gage Clark a 21 year old Lebanon resident on 5-09-19 at 2018 hours on the 400 block of N. Partridge Street. Police allege after Clark had contact with Lebanon County Probation Officers, the officers found him in possession of Marijuana and a Marijuana smoking device. Charges filed.

A 22 year old Reading man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 5-13-19 at 2317 hours on the 500 block of Walnut Street.

Tevon M. Robinson, 23, Lebanon was charged with Retail Theft when he took cigarettes valued at $252.75 and fled from the store.

Swatara Township

On 5/9/19 at approximately 11:07pm, Pennsylvania State Police Jonestown received a call for two male juveniles that ran away from a residence in Swatara Township, Lebanon County. The individuals are described as a white male, 5’3, 100 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes and a white male 5’3, 85 lbs with blond hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what they are wearing other than camouflaged muck boots.

Anyone with information regarding this individuals whereabouts should contact PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194 and reference incident number PA2019-594192.

West Cornwall Township

Assault – A Philadelphia couple, husband & wife, were arrested Sunday evening after they were involved in a “rolling domestic” incident at 6:17 PM along SR 322 in the vicinity of Butler Road. Nigel L. Swain, age 35; and Jennifer M. Swain, age 36, both of Philadelphia, were charged with simple assault-domestic violence after they engaged in an exchange of punches inside the vehicle as it was traveling on SR 322. Both subjects sustained injuries and were examined at the scene by EMS personnel; they both declined further treatment. The subjects were transported to Central Booking where they were arraigned on the charges and released on $10,000 unsecured bail. North Cornwall Township PD and South Londonderry Township PD assisted.

Accident – Occurred Friday, 4:30 PM, on SR 322 east of Butler Road. Vehicles driven by a 61 year old Wyomissing woman; and a 54 year old Bryn Mawr man. No injuries. The Bryn Mawr man’s vehicle required towing.
