In the commission of this crime on June 4 at 12:33pm, Michael Tilahun, a 21 year old Upper Darby, PA man, was stopped for a traffic violation on I-78 West near mile marker 82. During the stop the strong odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted in which 32 suspected fraudulent checks and 3 debit cards were seized. None of the checks or cards had Milahun or Diahn’s names on them. Diahn—Trokon Diahn, 18, of Darby, PA—initially identified himself as Kennedy Poles, and then as David Smith. Diahn changed his name a third time when we as processed at Lebanon County Central Booking under the name of David Smith. Diahn was found to have multiple active warrants out of Delaware County. Several of the businesses listed on the checks were contacted and confirmed they were fraudulent. Neither subject was able to explain why they possessed fraudulent checks. The checks totaled in the amount of $57,855.56.
Milahun was charged with 32 Counts of Forgery (F2), 3 Counts of Access Device Fraud (M3), Criminal Conspiracy, and summary violations. His bail was set at $50,000 monetary.
Diahn was charged with 32 Counts of Forgery (F2), 3 Counts of Access Device Fraud (M3), Criminal Conspiracy, and False ID to Law Enforcement (M3). His bail was set at $100,000 monetary.
The investigation into fraudulent checks continues. Involved in the incident was a 2013 Honda Accord.
This crash occurred on May 28 at 10:46am at the intersection of South College Street and West Main Avenue as Operator 1, an 81 year old Myerstown woman, proceeded to travel north on South College Street in Unit 1, a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier, failing to observe a red traffic signal and the direction of a utility worker directing traffic through an active work zone. Operator 2 proceeded to travel west on West Main Avenue in Unit 2 through a green traffic signal at the direction of the utility worker. Operator 1 was charged with obedience to traffic control devices.

QUENTIN RD @ ROCHERTY RD – LEBANON
Responded to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries at Quentin Road and Rocherty Road. Upon arrival both vehicles were pulled into the Sheetz parking lot. The accident occurred when a 72 year old Denver man rear ended a 35 year old Lebanon woman while she was stopped for a red light at the intersection of Quentin Road and Rocherty Road. Both vehicles were driven from the scene; no injuries reported.

Traffic Stop for dark tinted windows and a faulty registration lamp; Michelle Wiessner, 23, Lebanon was charged with DUI of a controlled substance and OPER/PERM OP W/UNSAFE EQMT/ (Illegal Window tint).
North Lebanon Township
Thomas S. Evans – age 30 – Lititz, PA, was charged with simple assault and strangulation after an incident that occurred on June 2, 3:00 a.m. in the 1600 block of Jody Avenue.
Nicholas Cruz – age 23 – Lebanon was charged with retail theft after an incident at the Lebanon Wal-Mart on May 27, 2019, after failing to pay for $356 worth of merchandise.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:
Gregory Uffner – age 61 – Lebanon, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a stop on Kimmerlings Road on April 8, 2019.
North Londonderry Township
North Londonderry Township Police have charged a 21 year old Fredericksburg woman with retail theft after she left Wal-Mart on April 26 at 12:45pm without paying for merchandise valued at $174.88.
