City of Lebanon

A 25 year old man and a 43 year old man, both Lebanon residents, have been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 9-20-19 at 2200 hours on the 1000 block of Chestnut Street.

A 40 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Retail Theft after investigation into an incident that occurred on 8-18-19 at 1520 hours on the 900 block of Church Street. Total loss to the merchant is $50.00. He has also been cited for Retail Theft related to an incident on 8-21-19 at 1020 hours at 102 N. 8th Ave. Total loss to the merchant is $34.00.

A 48 year old woman with no permanent address has been cited for Disorderly Conduct and Illegal Use of Carts after an incident on 9-19-19 at 0905 hours on the 900 block of Church Street.

A 39 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 9-20-19 at 1511 hours on the 100 block of S. 10th Street.

A 55 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Harassment on 9-20-19 at 2227 hours on the 400 block of East Cumberland Street.

An 18 year old North Cornwall resident has been cited for Disorderly Conduct and Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages on 9-13-19 at 1937 hours on the 300 block of N. 8th Street.

A 68 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music) on 9-22-19 at 1628 hours on the 1000 block of Lehman Street.

Yazmari Monterro-Torres a 25 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 9-23-19 at 1550 hours on the 1100 block of Jackson Blvd. 

A 30 year old Palmyra woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 9-24-19 at 1436 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street.

Jamie Avila a 27 year old with no permanent address has been charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement, Defiant Trespass and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 9-18-19 at 1103 hours on the 200 block of S. 12th Street. Avila is accused of being found in the fenced yard of a residence he had no right or privilege to be in, when found he fled from the yard. The resident called police and police located the individual near the rail trail. He fled when police approached but was apprehended after a short foot pursuit. Police allege he provided the name of another person when apprehended. After being transported to LCCB he was identified and found to be wanted on a Bench Warrant in Lebanon County and a Bench Warrant in York County. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail after being arraigned by MDJ Kim Wolfe.

Kyle Shuey a 25 year old North Cornwall Township resident has been charged with Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Images and Harassment on 9-18-19 on the 1600 block of Greenlane apartments. Shuey is accused of sending/posting multiple nude images of the 23 year old victim to a social media site without the victim’s permission then making a statement “blast her on fb.” Shuey was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.   

Cornwall Borough

Accident – Occurred Saturday, 1:29 PM, on SR 419 at Boyd Street, a 49 year old Hershey woman was riding a bicycle across SR 419 at the Rail Trail when she was struck by a vehicle driven by a 23 year old Rexmont woman. The Hershey woman was transported to Hershey Medical Center for moderate injuries. The investigation continues.

Accident – Occurred Monday, 3:07 PM, on Cornwall Road at Zinns Mill Road. Vehicles driven by a 56 year old Cornwall man; and a 27 year old Berlin woman. Both drivers were transported to Wellspan Good Samaritan by First Aid & Safety Patrol EMS. Both vehicles required towing.

Accident – Occurred Monday, 10:05 PM, on SR 322, just east of Boyd Street. A 29 year old Marietta man was operating a 1996 Jeep Cherokee east on SR 322 when he lost control of the vehicle, traveled off the roadway and struck a tree. There were two passengers in the vehicle; a 31 year old Ephrata woman; and an infant child, name and age not known. All were transported to Hershey Medical Center where the man was immediately taken to surgery and the woman was admitted to the intensive care unit. Their present condition is unknown. At last report the infant, who was in a child safety seat, was still being examined. The vehicle sustained extensive damage and was towed. Cornwall & Quentin Fire Companies, responded, Cornwall, West Cornwall and South Lebanon Fire Police assisted with traffic control. First Aid & Safety Patrol EMS and Life Lion EMS responded. South Lebanon Twp. PD assisted at the scene. The investigation is continuing.

Myerstown

This crash occurred on September 23 at 6:38pm on South Railroad Street just north of East Maple Avenue, Myerstown Borough, Lebanon County. Operator 1, a 2011 Ford Fusion, was traveling south on South Railroad Street in Unit 1 and directed Unit 1 toward the curb to allow for adequate space to pass Witness 1 traveling north on South Railroad Street. As Operator 1 directed Unit 1 toward the curb, Unit 1 side swiped Unit 2, a legally parked 1999 Honda Accord. Unit 1 sustained mild damage to its passenger side front and rear door at its 3 o’clock position and was able to be driven from the scene in its normal customary manner. Operator 1 sustained no injuries as a result of this crash. Unit 2 sustained mild damage to its driver’s side mirror, door, and fender at its 10 o’clock position as a result of this crash. Unit 2 was unoccupied at the time of this crash and was able to be driven from the scene in its normal customary manner by the registered owner Operator 1 was issued a written warning for PA VC 3309 (Roadways Laned for Traffic).

This vehicle versus bicyclist crash occurred August 12 at 3:58pm on West Carpenter Avenue, east of SR501 in Myerstown Borough, Lebanon County. The bicyclist, a 12 year old Myerstown male, was traveling south on SR501 on his bicycle when he failed to stop for Unit 2, a 2013 Toyota Tacoma driven by a 69 year old Richland man, who was on West Carpenter Avenue. The bicyclist hit the left front quarter panel of Unit 2. The bicyclist was transported by Lebanon County First Aid and Safety Patrol to Hershey Medical Center for minor injuries.

North Annville Township

On August 28 at 10:27am, troopers responded to Cedar Run Road to serve a felony warrant on a 45 year old Lebanon man. While on location, evidence of drug activity occurring inside the residence was observed. Consent to search the residence was granted by the homeowner. Marijuana plants, processed marijuana, related paraphernalia, and suspected heroin was found inside the residence. Charges are pending lab results.

North Cornwall Township

09/08/2019 14:32 (Sunday) – A 21 year old Myerstown man was charged with Retail theft for taking a jewelry valued at $27.99 and did not pay for the merchandise.

09/09/2019 21:43 (Monday) – Traffic stop; A 24 year old Lancaster woman was charged with Marijuana- Small Amount Personal Use and a stop sign violation.

09/19/2019 13:10 (Thursday) – A 39 year old Lebanon man was charged with retail theft after he removed items on several occasions from Lowe’s, 1755 Quentin Road and did not pay for the items.

09-21-2019 15:54 (Thursday) – 900 block of Daffodil Drive, Kyle M Shuey, 25, Lebanon was charged with Simple assault and recklessly endangering another person after he grabbed a female victim by the arm and struck her face, leaving marks. He was charged and transported to Lebanon County Central booking.

09/21/2019 00:10 (Saturday) – area of 16th and Chestnut Streets police conducted a traffic stop for heavily tinted windows. A 14 YOA male juvenile, Lebanon was cited for a curfew violation. The driver, a 20 year old Lebanon man, was cited for Drivers required to be licensed.

TRAFFIC CRASH – 09/22/2019 00:05 (Sunday) – Julio Torres, a 50 year old Harrisburg man, lost control of his motorcycle in the 400 block of Meadow Lane.  He was taken to the Hershey Medical Center for unknown injuries, his motorcycle was towed from the scene. Torres was charged with DUI – 3rd Offense (BAC:  0.194%) Driving while suspended DUI related, and other traffic offenses.

09/22/2019 03:23 (Sunday) – Quentin Road at Sheetz – traffic stop for an illegal left turn; eight (8), all were 16 years of age, Lebanon, juveniles were cited for violating the North Cornwall Township curfew ordinance.

09/18/2019 12:17 (Wednesday) Traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker in the 900 block of York Street; Feliciano D. Rodriguez, 20, Lebanon was charged with Manufacture, Delivery or Possession with intent to deliver, Use/Possession of drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

North Londonderry Township

On September 16 at 3:42pm, a 45 year old Myerstown man was cited with Retail Theft after taking $137 in merchandise without paying for it.

West Cornwall Township

Hit & Run – A Quentin woman reported her mother’s vehicle was struck on the driver’s side by a hit & run vehicle between 10:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday while parked in front of the residence. White transfer paint was present on the struck vehicle.
