Shelves throughout the facility are lined with cardboard. These shelves have non-food contact surfaces exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling; cardboard in not a cleanable impervious surface.

Shelves in a reach-in refrigerator and the walk-in cooler are rusted and deteriorating.

A dirty bucket of stagnant water that had been catching a leak in the walk-in cooler was observed on the top shelf of the cooler. Removed.
