As first reported by WLBR, a Central PA tech entrepreneur has announced that he will purchase the Marty’s Music building in Annville.

Jeff Usner, who describes himself as a “self-made Internet Millionaire” on his website, operates the companies PushPros, Aramis Interactive, and AimTell. Usner confirmed WLBR’s story when LebTown contacted him earlier this month.

20-25 new jobs are expected to be added to these companies as part of the relocation from an existing office in Annville.

“We are hiring – and growing quickly,” said Usner in an email to LebTown. “We’ll retain and incorporate the history of Marty’s in the new design of the office space – as we understand Marty’s has impacted generations in Lebanon County and beyond.”

Terms of the Marty’s Music building deal have not been disclosed, and the transfer does not yet appear to have been filed with the county’s Recorder of Deeds. The 1.5-acre property’s current county assessment is $1,151,300.

Usner said that he does plan to change the space slightly, inspired by offices such as the famed Googleplex. “I’ve always dreamed of a space incorporating some of the most inspirational and cutting-edge strategies into an office space that focused on our team and our core mission,” said Usner.

Potential additions may include:

  • A coffee bar
  • Game room (foosball, shuffleboard, billiards)
  • Dining area (“so we can feed our team in a fun, effective way”)
  • Maybe even an indoor basketball hoop or a slide

Usner described his goal for the building as creating a fun, productive environment to create brands for generational impact, while also maintaining some of the rich history of Marty’s Music.

“The office will also resemble our current office artwork focused on giving back and supporting the orphan and the poor throughout the world, according to James 1:27,” added Usner.

Usner has previously invested in other notable Lebanon County properties through personal acquisitions as well as through an affiliated LLC, J7 Holdings.

According to county land records, these properties include:

  • The Mann Building (815-819 Cumberland Street, City of Lebanon)
  • Brasenhill (104 E. Walnut Street, City of Lebanon)
  • Quittie Glen (417 Reigerts Lane, Annville)
  • Bachman/Herr Mill (81 Mt. Wilson Road, S. Annville Township)

We are excited to continue to grow and be a vibrant part of the Lebanon county for generations to come,” said Usner.

If you’re interested in working in the space, check out the companies’ jobs pages for more detail: PushPros (account manager) and Aramis Interactive (developers and an email marketing specialist) are both hiring now.
