November’s edition of the monthly Downtown Lebanon First Friday Art Walk will have a strong Halloween influence.

This month, First Friday will feature its own Trick-or-Treat path, with stops at participating downtown businesses.

Business marked with a jack ‘o’ lantern will have treats to hand out to children in costume. Click here to see the full PDF.

The Halloween festivities will also feature a children’s costume contest at Scott Church’s Living Room, 39 S. 8th Street, starting at 6 p.m.

Lots of downtown restaurants and business will have special offerings throughout the evening, and you can find a complete list here (PDF). La Placita will have on display an “Altar Dia de Muertos” (a celebration of family members that have passed away); you’ll see art on display at Scott Church’s Living Room and the Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts; and of course—ghost tours at the Lebanon Farmers Market.

Re:Create will also be featuring live music with Terry Strongheart beginning at 7:30 p.m. and lasting a couple hours.

First Friday Art Walk Festivities will kickoff Friday evening at 5 p.m.

Trick-or-Treat will be celebrated at the same time, with all municipalities in the county having moved to the rain date of Nov. 1.

Looking for other things to do? Darrel Moyer’s Halloween display will also be lit up through Friday night at his 117 W. Penn Ave. home in Cleona.
