North Lebanon Township

Public Drunkenness – A 44-year-old Lebanon man was charged with public drunkenness after an incident that occurred on Dec. 27, 2019 in the 2900 block of Tunnelhill Road.

In the commission of this crime, which occurred Dec. 24 at 12:54 p.m., Domonic Garcia, a 27-year-old Lebanon man, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop, the Accused was found to have an active warrant. The Accused was also found to be in possession of suspected heroin, prescription pills, and related drug paraphernalia. The Accused was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking on his warrant. The charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were filed on the Accused with MDJ Wolfe’s office.

South Londonderry Township

On Dec. 22 at 1:15 p.m., a Palmyra man was traveling north on S. Forge Road when a 24-year-old Annville man turned from Airport Rd. in front of the Palmyra man. The Palmyra man struck the Annville man’s vehicle. No injuries reported. The Annville man’s vehicle was towed from the scene.

This one vehicle accident occurred Dec. 26 at 10:30 a.m. on Elizabethtown Road when the driver, a 29-year-old Mt. Joy woman, stated while on her phone she saw an telephone pole and adjusted her steering and lost control and struck an embankment. The woman advised she was not wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash. She was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. Her vehicle was towed from the scene by Zimmeys. Lawn Fire Department assisted on scene.

West Lebanon Township

Retail Theft & Conspiracy – Luis Ramos, a 32-year-old Lebanon man, and Christopher Lutz, a 29-year-old Lebanon man, were charged with an incident that occurred on December 23, 2019, at Boscov’s, Lebanon Valley Mall after failing to pay for $304 worth of merchandise.
