The interior of the microwave, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. The top of the unit is rusted and cannot be properly cleaned.

Outside dumpster lids are not kept closed. This issue was also observed on 12/20/18, 1/8/19, 2/5/19, 6/27/19 and 9/3/19.

When asked how food equipment would be washed, the employee showed that the items would be washed in the handwashing sink rather than the 3-compartment sink. This is because the employee was not properly trained by management. Other employees in this facility were previously observed washing food equipment in the handwashing sink.
