Trespass – A 39 year old Lancaster man has been cited for Trespass after an incident on March 17, 2020 at 3:37 p.m. on the 200 block of Willow St.

Harassment – A 32 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after investigation into an incident that occurred on March 28, 2020 at 3:59 p.m. on the 200 block of Lehman St.

Furnishing a Drug-Free Urine Sample – A charge of Furnishing a Drug-Free Urine Sample has been filed against Brandon Hostetter, a 27 year old Richland man, after being accused of providing a liquid to substitute his own urine for a required sample. This incident occurred on April 14, 2020 at 11:15 a.m. on the 600 block of Cumberland St.

Disorderly Conduct – A charge of Disorderly Conduct has been filed against a 54 year old Lebanon man on April 15, 2020 at 1:07 a.m. on the 300 block of Cumberland St.

Burglary, Harassment – A 17 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with Burglary and Harassment after investigation into an incident on March 29, 2020 at 5:17 p.m. on the 700 block of Union St. The juvenile is accused of forcing entry into the victim’s home and striking the victim. The 36 year old victim and the juvenile are acquainted with each other. The victim had received minor injuries as a result of this incident. The charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.

Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked – Charges of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (DUI related) and Obedience to Traffic Control Devices have been filed against Duane Milburn, a 51 year old Palmyra resident, after a traffic stop on March 28, 2020 at 12:50 a.m. on the 400 block of North 10th St.

DUI, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Traffic Control Signals, and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked have been filed against Leira De Jesus-Roman, a 42 year old North Lebanon Township resident, after a traffic stop on March 14, 2020 at 2:50 a.m. on North 10th St. and Lehman St. Police allege her BAC was .153% at the time of the stop.

Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct – Charges of Aggravated Assault and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Sheila Lamberty, a 28 year old Bronx, NY resident, after an incident on April 1, 2020 at 9:14 a.m. on the 200 block of South 4th St. Lamberty is accused of purposefully kicking a hospital cart into a medical worker causing injury to the victim. The victim suffered bruising to her leg as a result of Lamberty’s actions.

Possession of a Controlled Substance – Dakota Sutch, a 20 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance on April 15, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. on the 00 block of Maple St. Police assisted Lebanon Country Probation Officers who located a controlled substance possessed by Sutch. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned on the drug violation. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $1,000 bail and on the probation violation.

North Cornwall Township

DUI, Careless Driving, Failure to Notify Police of Accident – On March 29, 2020 at 3:25 a.m., an accident occurred on the 3000 block of West Oak St. Erek Fox, a 21 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with DUI, Careless Driving, and Failure to Notify Police of Accident after he lost control of his vehicle, striking a guardrail, sign, bridge, and stone wall. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Vehicle Accident – On April 17, 2020 at 5:10 p.m., an accident with injuries occurred on SR 422 and 22nd St. a 28 year old Lebanon man was traveling east on SR 422 and pressed the brake, but it did not seem to work and struck the rear of a 52 year old Lebanon man who was stopped in traffic. The 28 year old struck the 52 year old man’s vehicle in the rear, pushing it into the vehicle of a 33 year old Lebanon woman. The older man complained of neck pain and was transported by First Aid and Safety Patrol to the hospital. Both men’s vehicles were towed. No other injuries were reported.

North Lebanon Township

DUI, Drug Possession, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – In the commission of this crime, a traffic stop was initiated on April 15, 2020 at 1:42 p.m. located at East Cumberland St. and Narrows Dr. on a vehicle being operated by the Accused, Marjorie Hix, a 57 year old Myerstown woman, due to the vehicle, a 2005 Nissan Maxima, having a dead tag. During the stop, the Accused was observed to have a white powdery substance around her nostrils. Through questioning, the Accused admitted to snorting a controlled substance. A search was conducted on the Accused’s vehicle and a baggie containing suspected methamphetamine was located. SFSTs were conducted and the Accused was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and Drug Possession. The Accused was transported to the Good Samaritan Hospital where she refused a blood draw. Charges of DUI, Drug Possession, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and summary traffic violations were filed on the Accused with MDJ Wolfe’s office.

North Londonderry Township

Vehicle Accident – On April 18, 2020 at 7:14 a.m., the North Londonderry Twp. Police Dept. investigated a vehicle accident on the 800 block of North Forge Rd., in which a vehicle operated by a 22 year old Lebanon woman sideswiped a vehicle operated by a 39 year old Jonestown woman after the Lebanon fell asleep while driving. There were no injuries and the Lebanon woman’s vehicle was towed. The Lebanon woman was cited with Careless Driving.

Vehicle Crash – On April 18, 2020 at 10:05 a.m., a vehicle driven by a a 21 year old Annville woman spun out and struck a sign in the area of the 700 block of North Forge Rd. Her vehicle sustained damage to the rear bumper and front, passenger side tire. The woman advised she was traveling too fast for the wet road conditions. She was cited for Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed. She was not injured.

Vehicle Accident – On April 18, 2020 at 6:45 p.m., North Londonderry Twp. Police cited a 77 year old Annville man with a Stop Sign violation after he entered an intersection, located on Railroad St. and Elm St., from a posted stop sign, failing to yield the right-of-way to an approaching vehicle, which resulted in a motor-vehicle crash. The approaching vehicle was operated by a 59 year old Palmyra man, and accompanied his passenger, a 62 year old Palmyra woman. There were no reported injuries on scene and the Palmyra man’s vehicle was towed from the scene. The Citizen Fire Company was on scene for spill control.

Union Township

Three-vehicle Crash – On April 15, 2020 at 11:10 a.m., this three-vehicle crash occurred on Jonestown Rd. namely 450 Jonestown Rd. This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 1994 Chevrolet CK 1500, driven by Operator 1, a 54 year old Donaldson man, was traveling east on Jonestown Rd. Unit 1 left the right side of the roadway and struck a set of mailboxes, fence, shrubs, single fixed mailbox, a light blue in color 2008 Mazda 3, and a silver in color 2005 Toyota Tacoma. Operator 1 was not injured as a result of this crash and was wearing his safety belt. Unit 1 was towed from the scene by D & R Richard’s Garage.
