Public Drunkenness – A 54 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Public Drunkenness on May 9, 2020 at 3:48 a.m. on the 300 block of Cumberland St.
Public Drunkenness – A 45 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Public Drunkenness on May 10, 2020 at 4:22 p.m. on the 100 block of East Chestnut St.
Public Drunkenness – A 30 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Public Drunkenness on May 9, 2020 at 9:55 p.m. on the 1500 block of Oak St.
Disorderly House, Disorderly Conduct – A 24 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for a Disorderly House on May 6, 2020 at 12:44 a.m. on the 700 block of North 5th St. She has also been cited for Disorderly Conduct on May 12, 2020 at 2:44 a.m. at the same location. Police have been called to no less than nine noise complaints at her address since March 11, 2020. A third citation had previously been filed for a similar noise violation.
DUI, Careless Driving – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Careless Driving have been filed against Scott Deininger, a 35 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic accident on May 1, 2020 at 2:40 a.m. on the 400 block of North Lincoln Ave. Deininger is accused of striking a legally parked unattended vehicle while operating his vehicle and caused significant damage to both vehicles. Deininger refused to submit to the blood alcohol testing.
Protection From Abuse Order – Antione Benson, a 43 year old Annville resident, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation after an incident on May 9, 2020 at 3:31 p.m. on the 100 block of East Cherry St. Benson is accused of approaching the 29 year old victim attempting to speak to her while she was on her property. Benson fled the scene prior to police arrival but did turn himself in to police after an officer spoke to him, this occurred within a short period of time after the incident. Benson was taken to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
Substance Possession – Dominic Miqueli, a 20 year old Leola resident, has been charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License, and Park Rules and Regulations after contact with police on May 8, 2020 at 10:13 p.m. on the 700 block of North Hanover St. Police found a parked attended vehicle on the Stoever’s Park parking lot when the park is closed to the public. Miqueli is accused of possessing a firearm he was not permitted to possess as well as possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and released on $50,000 unsecured bail. Charges are pending against two other individuals present in the vehicle with Miqueli.
North Cornwall Township
Vehicle Accident – A vehicle accident occurred when a 72 year old Lebanon man stopped on Chestnut St. facing east. A 60 year old Lebanon man turned right onto Chestnut St. from South 16th St. and struck the front driver side of the older man’s vehicle. No injuries were reported as a result of this accident. Vehicles were driven from the scene.
North Londonderry Township
Retail Theft – Agnieszka Bogdanowicz, a 40 year old Palmyra resident, was charged with 8 counts of Retail Theft that occurred between April 11, 2020 through May 9, 2020. Charges are filed with DJ Garver’s Office. The total value of items taken was $506.78.
