6 – 501.111 Controlling Pests
Potential rodent harborage areas on the exterior of the building perimeter observed in rear area due to extra carts being stored tightly against the building and not being able to mow the tall grass there.

6 – 501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions
The frequency of cleaning the drip trough beneath the front of the meat display case may not be adequate.

46.1144 – The retail food facility failed to comply with directives of the Department in response to community emergencies as directed in the April 15, 2020, Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Public Health Safety Measures for Businesses Permitted to Maintain In-person Operations (FDA Food Code 8- 304.11(H)).

Retail Food Facility found to be non-compliant with COVID-19 Governor’s Closure Order to cease dine-in services. No contact with the Person in Charge was made at the time of inspection.
