East Hanover Township

DUI – On July 5, 2020 at approximately 6:06 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown conducted a traffic stop along SR 22. While interacting with the Operator, Jason Grove, a 42 year old Womelsdorf man, he showed several signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Testing was conducted. The Operator submitted to a chemical test of breath which indicated a BAC of .191%. Charges are to be filed through MDJ 52-3-04.

Drug Possession – On July 2, 2020 at 11:53 p.m. at Allentown Blvd. and Mill Rd., PSP Jonestown conducted a traffic stop on a 2006 Honda. The Operator of the vehicle, Kyle Whitmer, a 21 year old Hummelstown man, was found to be in possession of and under the influence of controlled substances. Charges are to be filed.

Jackson Township

Harassment – On July 4, 2020 at 4:45 p.m., this incident occurred as the Actor did approach the Victim, a 48 year old Myerstown woman, in their shared residence on North Locust St. The Actor did push the Victim in the chest.

Lebanon City

Fireworks Violation – A 32 year old Lebanon man has been cited for a Fireworks violation on July 5, 2020 at 12:15 a.m. at Beautex Park.

Harassment – A 29 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment on July 3, 2020 at 6:12 p.m. on the 800 block of Scull St.

Dogs Running At Large, Dog License Required, Vaccination Required – A 38 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Dogs Running At Large, Dog License Required, and Vaccination Required after an incident on June 18, 2020 at 7:23 p.m. on the 00 block of Tiffany Ln.

Disorderly Conduct – A 31 year old Lancaster woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on July 3, 2020 at 7:01 a.m. on the 200 block of South 4th St.

Disorderly Conduct – A 17 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Disorderly Conduct after an incident on June 26, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. on the 700 block of Glenwood St.

Disorderly Conduct – A 31 year old Lebanon man and a 49 year old Lebanon woman have been cited for Disorderly Conduct after an incident on June 17, 2020 at 4:35 p.m. on the 1,000 block of Lehman St.

Public Drunkenness – A 61 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on July 5, 2020 at 1:17 a.m. on the 200 block of North 8th St.

DUI, Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, Vehicle Accident – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Reckless Driving, Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property, Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, and Duty To Give Information and Render Aid have been filed against Paul Kennedy, a 35 year old Cleona resident, after investigation into an accident on May 31, 2020 at 9:05 a.m. on the 800 block of Coleman Cr. Kennedy is accused of operating his vehicle on the 800 block of Coleman Cr. when he struck several parked unattended vehicles, struck an occupied structure, and then attempted to flee from the scene, only to be detained by neighbors in the area. No one was injured during this accident. Kennedy’s BAC is reported to be .248% at the time of the accident.

Drug Possession, Maximum Speed Limits – Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Alexis Pychewicz, an 18 year old South Lebanon resident, and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maximum Speed Limits have been filed against Terrell Davis, a 21 year old North Lebanon Twp. resident, after a traffic stop on May 31, 2020 at 9:52 p.m. on the 1,400 block of Cumberland St.

Harassment – A 53 year old Lebanon man and a 59 year old Lebanon man have been cited for Harassment after a mutual affray on July 3, 2020 at 6:12 p.m. on the 00 block of South 9th St.

Public Drunkenness – A 71 year old North Lebanon Twp. woman has been cited for Public Drunkenness on July 5, 2020 at 7:03 p.m. on the 100 block of South 9th St.

Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Richard Hoofnagle, a 44 year old Annville resident, after being arrested on a Lebanon County Bench Warrant on May 18, 2020 at 1:55 p.m. on the 100 block of Van Buren St.

Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct – Charges of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Lisandra Colon-Acevedo, a 43 year old Lebanon resident, after investigation into damage being caused to the flower pots along the 600 block of Cumberland St. Colon can be seen on video pulling flowers from several pots and throwing the flowers on the street. She also pushed over a large refuse container, dumping garbage onto the ground. Total estimated damage is in excess of $790.

Burglary, Theft – Victor Rodriguez-Martinez, a 32 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Burglary and Theft after an incident on July 4, 2020 at 12:42 p.m. on the 00 block of North 7th St. Rodriguez is accused of entering a home to commit burglary, however, he was confronted by the homeowner who chased him from the home. While one resident called police, the other gave chase but lost sight of Rodriguez. During the investigation, police learned a cellular phone was taken from that home and a pair of shoes had been taken from the back porch area of a neighboring home. Police viewed the video of the suspect and identified Rodriguez as the person entering the home. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. He was apprehended on July 6, 2020 and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail.

North Annville Township

Vehicle Accident – On July 5, 2020 at 1:01 a.m., this crash occurred on Palmyra Bellegrove Rd. approximately .50 miles west of SR 934. Unit 1, a 1996 Pontiac Grand AM, was traveling west when it lost control on a curve. Unit 1 exited the roadway and impacted a fence on the north side of the roadway. Unit 1 came to final rest on top of the fence and suffered disabling damage. There were no injuries in the crash. Operator 1, a 17 year old Cleona male, was cited for Roadways Laned for Traffic.

North Londonderry Township

Public Drunkenness – The North Londonderry Twp. police department cited a 20 year old Middletown man for his involvement in an incident that occurred at the Knights Inn, located at 1071 East Main St., Palmyra, on July 1, 2020 at 12:54 a.m. Elnahrawy was knocking on motel doors, causing a disturbance. The investigation revealed that Elnahrawy was under the influence of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was not a guest of the motel. Elnahrawy was cited for Public Drunkenness and similar misconduct.

Retail Theft – Jahaira Valdes-Rodriguez, a 42 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with 2 counts of Retail Theft after failing to pay for merchandise during two incidents, on Jan. 10, 2020 and Jan. 31, 2020 at Walmart, valued at approximately $130.

Hit And Run Accident – The North Londonderry Twp. police department is investigating a hit and run accident where a vehicle operated by an Amazon delivery driver backed into several mailboxes on the 1,400 block of South Forge Rd on June 29, 2020 at 3:15 p.m.

Careless Driving – The North Londonderry Twp. police department cited a 23 year old Palmyra man with Careless Driving after the vehicle he was operating exited the roadway, striking four mailboxes. The crash occurred on July 3, 2020 at 8:53 a.m. on the 200 block of Gravel Hill Rd. Fritz-Sudduth was not injured, but his vehicle had to be towed from the scene.

Union Township

Retail Theft – On July 1, 2020 at approximately 9:53 a.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to Speedway Gas Station, located at 1 Lickdale Rd., for a retail theft. Upon arrival on scene, troopers learned the Suspect entered the gas station and stole a cup of coffee before exiting without paying. The stolen property was a large styrofoam cup with coffee valued at $2.22.
