Bethel Township

Suicide Attempt – On Aug. 23, 2020 at approximately 12:50 p.m., PSP Jonestown troopers responded to the 500 block of Shirksville Rd. for a reported suicide attempt. The Subject was transported to WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Cornwall Borough

Trespassing, Underage Drinking – An 18 year old Wernersville woman, a 19 year old Lancaster man, and a 19 year old Ephrata man have all been charged with Trespassing and Underage Drinking for an incident on Aug. 18, 2020 at 11:20 p.m. at Miners Lake. A 21 year old Ephrata man was charged with Trespassing in the same incident.

East Hanover Township

Theft Of Services – On Aug. 25, 2020, between 4:15 p.m. and 8:45 p.m., PSP Jonestown were dispatched to Snitz Creek Brewery on the 1000 block of Fisher Ave. in East Hanover Twp. for a patron who failed to pay their bill. The Arrestee, Christian Shifflett, a 27 year old Annville man, was located by Fort Indiantown Gap Police and confessed to not paying the bill. The Arrestee was taken into custody and appropriate charges have been filed.

Drug Possession – On Aug. 15, 2020 at 8:37 p.m., PSP conducted a traffic stop at North SR 934 and Mill Rd. on a 2003 Nissan Sentra after observing numerous traffic violations. Investigation revealed the Operator, Cameron Herr, a 30 year old Annville man, to have outstanding NCIC warrants. Herr was also found to be in possession of suspected heroin. Charges are pending.

Firearm Violations – On Aug. 20, 2020 at 7:50 p.m., a trooper of PSP Jonestown station initiated a traffic stop on a 2019 Dodge Chrysler on the 800 block of I 81 South for numerous traffic violations. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted, which resulted in the seizure of drugs, drug paraphernalia, a firearm, and a large amount of cash. The Arrestees were Courtney Buckner, a 34 year old Harrisburg woman, and Jumile Diaz, a 30 year old Bronx, NY man.

Heidelberg Township

Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 27, 2020 at 5:26 p.m., this crash occurred on the roadway adjacent to the 2,000 block of South 5th Ave. Unit 2, a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, was traveling west on South 5th Ave. Unit 2 crossed the double-yellow lines, entering the eastbound travel lane and passing a horse-drawn vehicle. Unit 1, a 2007 Honda Odyssey, pulled from the driveway of the 2000 block of South 5th Ave., striking Unit 2 at its 11 o’clock position in the eastbound lane of travel. Neither Unit 1 nor Unit 2 required towing. Neither Operator 1 nor Operator 2 required medical attention. PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Trooper Lear.

Jackson Township

Drug Possession – On Aug. 19, 2020 at 9:58 a.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to a suspicious person on the 200 block of West Lincoln Ave. Troopers from PSP Jonestown station made contact with a person matching the description of the suspicious person. It was immediately apparent that the individual was under the influence of an illegal drug. A search incident to arrest yielded the seizure of a clear plastic baggie containing a methamphetamine crystal. The Arrestee was Alicia Hedges, a 35 year old Lebanon woman.

Lebanon City

Disorderly Conduct – A 24 year old Harrisburg man and a 22 year old Lebanon man have been cited for Disorderly Conduct after a mutual fight on Aug. 2, 2020 at 9:40 p.m. on the 900 block of Mifflin St.

Harassment – A 55 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on Aug. 14, 2020 at 9:25 p.m. on the 00 block of South 9th St.

Harassment – A 34 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment after an incident on Aug. 21, 2020 at 5:59 p.m. on the 200 block of Mifflin St.

Harassment – A 34 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after an incident on Aug. 23, 2020 at 2:17 a.m. on the 200 block of East Weidman St.

Curfew Violation – A 17 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for a Curfew Violation on Aug. 22, 2020 at 11:53 p.m. at South 13th St. and Washington St.

Drug Possession, Defiant Trespass – Ralph Warren, a 59 year old with no permanent address, has been charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Defiant Trespass after being found at a location on the 100 block of South 9th St. on Aug. 21, 2020 at 5:32 a.m. Warren did not have permission to be on the property and was found to be wanted on a Bench Warrant in Lebanon County. Police allege he possessed marijuana and drug paraphernalia when arrested on the warrant. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Warren was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Firearms Violation, Possessing Instruments Of Crime, Drug Possession – Tyler Caster, an 18 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License, Possessing Instruments of Crime, Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Drivers Required to be Licensed, and a Parking Violation on Aug. 23, 2020 at 4:07 a.m. on the 400 block of Willow St. and the 600 block of Walnut St. Police allege Caster was found in his vehicle, parked blocking a driveway on the 400 block of Willow St. A subsequent search of the defendant was conducted after police detected the odor of marijuana, as well as statements made by Caster. Police discovered a loaded handgun concealed under the front seat of his car. The gun does not belong to Caster; he is unable to possess the firearm and is not eligible to have a concealed weapons permit. Further investigation led to his residence on the 600 block of Walnut St. Police allege they found marijuana, drug packaging bags, a drug weighing scale, a soft body armor vest, and currency. Caster was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Simple Assault – Juan Maldonado, a 21 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on Aug. 26, 2020 at 7:35 p.m. on the 400 block of East Weidman St. Maldonado is accused of striking the 21 year old Victim multiple times on her head, causing bruising and swelling. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Simple Assault – Jacqueline Stewart, a 33 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on Aug. 23, 2020 at 2:10 p.m. on the 1,100 block of Walton St. Stewart is accused of striking the Victim, causing injury to her head and upper torso. Stewart was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Drug Possession – A charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia has been filed against Natasha Dicocco, a 27 year old Lebanon resident, after being transported to LCCB by Lebanon County Sheriff Deputies due to a Bench Warrant on Aug. 14, 2020 at 8:48 a.m. on the 400 block of South 8th St.

Drug Possession – A charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia has been filed against Jessy Miller, a 34 year old Lebanon resident, after contact with police on Aug. 6, 2020 at 11:45 a.m. on the 00 block of North 9th St. Miller was taken into custody on a detainer from the Lebanon County Probation Department.

Receiving Stolen Property – A charge of Receiving Stolen Property has been filed against Angel Feliciano-Jimenez, a 35 year old Lebanon resident, after police accuse him of pawning stolen items on Aug. 13, 2020 at 11:54 a.m. on the 00 block of North 9th St. The item pawned by Feliciano-Jimenez was stolen during a burglary on Aug. 13, 2020 at 11:10 a.m. on the 1,000 block of Walnut St.

Drug Possession – A charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance has been filed against Daryl Daubert, a 42 year old Lebanon resident, after contact with police on July 2, 2020 at 10:43 p.m. at Locust St. and Taylor St. Daubert was incarcerated at that time on a Lebanon County Bench Warrant.

Disorderly Conduct – Two counts of Disorderly Conduct have been filed against a 33 year old Lebanon woman after an incident on Aug. 26, 2020 at 5:25 p.m. on the 800 block of Locust St. The woman is accused of playing to the degree it caused a disturbance in the neighborhood and subsequently refused to turn the music volume down to a reasonable level.

Disorderly Conduct – A 22 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music) on Aug. 27, 2020 at 9:40 p.m. on the 800 block of Locust St.

Harassment – A 47 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on Aug. 26, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. on the 600 block of South 8th St.

Drug Possession, Harassment – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Harassment have been filed against Joshua Pond, a 28 year old Lebanon resident, after an incident on July 13, 2020 at 11:08 a.m. on the 600 block of Quentin Rd.

Myerstown Borough

Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – This crime occurred on West Main Ave. when unknown individuals spray painted “racist” upon the sidewalk in front of the Victim’s house. This crime occurred between Aug. 24, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. and Aug. 26, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. The unknown Actor(s) fled in an unknown direction by unknown means. The Victim was a 62 year old Myerstown man.

North Londonderry Township

Vehicle Accident, Following Too Closely – On Aug. 27, 2020 at 3:50 p.m., the North Londonderry Twp. police department investigated an accident that occurred on the 1,300 block of East Main St. in Palmyra. The accident occurred when a 23 year old Lebanon man, failed to stop for traffic backed up due to a red light. Another vehicle was rear-ended. No injuries were reported at the scene. The man was cited for Following Too Closely.

Pine Grove Township

Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 27, 2020 at 8:13 p.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2020 Ford Transit, driven by Operator 1, a 37 year old Somerset man, was traveling south on I 81. Unit 1 was traveling in the left lane, traveling at approximately 70 mph. Unit 1 then struck a tree in the middle of the roadway. Unit 1 sustained impact damage to its frontal portion and passenger’s side front and rear tires. Unit 1 then exited the right side of the roadway and came to final rest, facing south, on the right hand shoulder of the roadway. Operator 1 was not injured. Unit 1 was towed from the scene.

Richland Borough

Death By Natural Causes – On Aug. 21, 2020 at 2:34 p.m., PSP Jonestown troopers responded to the 100 block of East Linden St. for a reported death. The Victim, a 70 year old W/N-F, was found inside the residence deceased. No signs of foul play were observed.

South Lebanon Township

Harassment – On Aug. 1, 2020 at 6:57 p.m., this incident occurred on East Walnut St. as two LCCF inmates got into a fight over phone use.

Harassment – Between April 20, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. and April 20, 2020 at 11:59 p.m., this incident occurred on East Walnut St. as an unknown Actor did write a threatening statement on a Sick Call Request. The Victim was a 27 year old Palmyra man.

Union Township

Drug Possession – On Aug. 26, 2020 at 11:45 a.m., this crime occurred on I 81 North near mile marker 102.8 in Pine Grove Twp. The Accused 1’s vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation revealed Accused 1 and Accused 2 were in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana will be filed on both Accused 1 and Accused 2 through MDJ Rossi’s office. The Accused were a 30 year old Gaithersburg, MD man and a 31 year old Silver Spring, MD man.

West Cornwall Township

Criminal Charges – Matthew Meckley, a 41 year old Ephrata resident, has been charged with Unlawful Restraint – Risk of Serious Bodily Injury, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Driving Under Suspension, Failing to Have Proper Class of Driver’s License, Traffic Control Signals, Driving at Safe Speed, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police, Reckless Driving, and Failure to Properly Display a Registration Plate. The charges are the result of an incident on June 22, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., that began on SR 322 at Colebrook Rd. when an officer attempted to stop Meckley for operating his motorcycle with an obstructed license plate. Meckley fled, traveling west on SR 322 into South Annville Twp. and South Londonderry Twp., then re-entered West Cornwall Twp., traveling east on SR 322, refusing to allow his 39 year old female passenger to get off of the motorcycle. At the intersection of SR 322 and Butler Rd., the female jumped off the back of the motorcycle and landed on the roadway. She was examined by EMS personnel but did not require medical treatment.

Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 26, 2020 at 5:31 p.m., this crash occurred on SR 322 near Starner Rd. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 41 year old Myerstown man, struck a parked vehicle, Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a 40 year old Lancaster man. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Both Units required towing from the scene.

Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 25, 2020 at 4:43 p.m., this crash occurred on SR 322 at Starner Rd. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 17 year old Ephrata female, and Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a 52 year old Hummelstown man, were involved in this crash. Operator 1 was injured as a result of this crash and transported to Penn State Hershey Medical Center by First Aid & Safety EMS. Operator 2 complained of back pain but declined treatment at the scene. Both Units were towed from the scene.

Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 25, 2020 at 8:21 a.m., this crash occurred on SR 72 just south of SR 419. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 20 year old Pleasant Hall woman, and a 33 year old Manheim woman were involved in this crash. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Both Units were drivable from the scene.
