Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – On Sept. 7, 2020 at approximately 10:15 a.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the Clyde Martin Speedway, located at 180 Sunnyside Rd., for a criminal mischief related incident. Upon arrival on scene, troopers learned that an unidentified Person(s) used a sharp instrument to scratch the Victim’s vehicle, namely, a black in color 2016 Chrysler 300. This incident occurred between 9:00 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2020 and 1:00 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2020. The Victim was a 31 year old York man. Troopers at PSP Jonestown are investigating. Jackson Township

Indecent Exposure – On July 4, 2020 between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., this incident occurred on Lorraine Ave. as the Actor did take off the Victim’s shoes and rub his legs against the Victim’s request. The Victim was a 16 year old Myerstown man.

Lebanon City

Criminal Mischief – A 14 year old Lebanon male has been cited for Criminal Mischief after investigation into an incident on Aug. 8, 2020 at 1:15 p.m. on the 200 block of Mifflin St. The juvenile is accused of damaging a garage door, causing a $100.00 loss to the Victim.

Harassment – A 49 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on Aug. 30, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. on the 400 block of Chestnut St.

Harassment – A 34 year old Lewistown man has been cited for Harassment on Aug. 22, 2020 at 9:47 p.m. on the 700 block of East Weidman St.

Theft – A charge of Theft has been filed against Christian Urena, a 20 year old Myerstown resident, after investigation into a theft that occurred on two days in June 2020. Urena is accused of taking a scratch-off lottery tickets from his employer at 716 East Lehman St. Total loss to the merchant is $1,030.

Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance have been filed against Christian Villegas-Rivera, a 35 year old North Lebanon Twp. resident, after receiving drug testing results from an incident on July 9, 2020 at 10:10 p.m. on the 00 block of North 6th St.

DUI, Traffic Control Signals – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Traffic Control Signals have been filed against Katheryn Riss, a 34 year old Jonestown resident, after a traffic stop on July 26, 2020 at 1:01 a.m. at North 12th St. and Maple St. Riss is accused of traveling through a red traffic light at North 12th St. and Maple St. and being under the influence of alcohol at that time. Riss refused to submit to a BAC test.

Drug Possession, Public Drunkenness – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public Drunkenness have been filed against Malcolm Smith, a 28 year old Lebanon resident, after contact with police on Aug. 20, 2020 at 12:13 p.m. on the 00 block of North 7th St.

Robbery, Theft, Endangering The Welfare Of Children – Anthony Beck, a 20 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Robbery, Theft, Endangering the Welfare of Children, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, Registration and Certificate Required and Required Financial Responsibility after an incident on Sept. 3, 2020 at 4:10 p.m. on the 300 block of North 5th St. Police allege Beck was operating a motorcycle with a 3 year old child sitting on the fuel tank of the motorcycle. The 3 year old was also not wearing any protective equipment. The Victim followed Beck and called police as he drove on City streets. Police allege he stopped on the 300 block of North 5th St. and approached the 35 year old Victim at which time the Victim states Beck punched her and took her cell phone. Police investigated the incident and identified Beck as the Suspect. He was apprehended on Sept. 4, 2020 at 6:32 p.m. on the 300 block of North 5th St. Beck was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault – Luis Mercado, a 42 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Aggravated Assault and two counts of Simple Assault after an incident on Sept. 7, 2020 at 2:41 p.m. on the 300 block of North 5th St. Mercado is accused of threatening to stab the 26 year old and 29 year old Victims with a knife. Mercado is accused of making stabbing motions with the knife in close proximity to the Victims stating, “Do you want to get stabbed?” Mercado and the Victims are related. No one was injured during this incident. Mercado was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Drug Possession, Unauthorized Use of Automobiles, Resisting Arrest – James Coward, a 23 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unauthorized Use of Automobiles, and Resisting Arrest after an incident on Sept. 7, 2020 at 1:08 p.m. on the 1,100 block of Willow St. Coward is accused of taking a car without the permission of the owner and, when being taken into custody, is accused of resisting arrest. He was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia after arrested. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Coward was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Simple Assault, Drug Possession – Elvin Mojica-Correa, a 35 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related), Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on Sept. 6, 2020 at 9:19 p.m. on the 00 block of North 6th St. Mojica is accused of striking the 33 year old Victim multiple times, causing injury to her head requiring medical treatment. Mojica was apprehended and is accused of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Mojica was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Endangering The Welfare Of Children, Public Drunkenness – Amber Moyer, a 29 year old North Lebanon Twp. resident, has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children and Public Drunkenness on Sept. 8, 2020 at 2:40 p.m. on the 00 block of South 8th St. Moyer is accused of being under the influence of a controlled or non-controlled substance to the degree that she could not properly care for her 1 year old child within her custody. Moyer was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. She was detained at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail. Her child was transferred to the custody of Lebanon County Children and Youth Services.

Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief – Otianny Vincente, a 29 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Criminal Mischief after an incident on Sept. 8, 2020 at 1:35 p.m. on the 600 block of Quentin Rd. Vincente is accused of punching the 28 year old Victim multiple times on her head and face, causing injury and breaking her glasses. Vincente was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and detained at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Access Device Fraud, Receiving Stolen Property – Charges of Access Device Fraud and Receiving Stolen Property have been filed against Mariah Johnson, a 22 year old North Cornwall resident, after investigation into an incident on Sept. 9, 2020 at 2:15 p.m. on the 400 block of North 5th St. Johnson is accused of taking a bank card mislaid by the Victim in a store and using said card at another location to purchase cigarettes in the amount of $96.46.

Protection From Abuse Order Violation – Patrick Embry, a 49 year old with no permanent address, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order Violation after allegedly making contact with the Victim of the PFA on Sept. 10, 2020 at 9:44 a.m. on the 300 block of Prune St. The Victim was not injured as a result of the contact. At the time of this release, Embry had not been located.
