City of Lebanon

Harassment – A 35 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after investigation into an incident which occurred on Aug. 28, 2020 at 10:26 p.m. on the 1,100 block of Lehman St.

Drug Possession – A 39 year old Lancaster man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on Sept. 13, 2020 at 9:41 a.m. on the 300 block of North 8th St.

Disorderly Conduct With A Motor Vehicle – A 17 year old Cornwall male has been cited for Disorderly Conduct with a Motor Vehicle on Oct. 1, 2020 at 12:10 p.m. at 12th St. and Colebrook Rd.

False Identification To Law Enforcement – Ricardo Timm-Ubarri, a 19 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement, Drivers Required to be Licensed, and Period for Required Headlamps after a traffic stop on Oct. 2, 2020 at 2:30 a.m. on the 600 block of Lehman St. Timm is accused of driving a vehicle without use of headlamps and providing a name other than his own. He was properly identified and arraigned by MDJ Maria Dissinger at LCCB. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Protection From Abuse Order Violation – Matthew Butler, a 31 year old Palmyra resident, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order Violation on Oct. 1, 2020 at 9:20 p.m. on the 400 block of East Elm St. Butler is accused of making contact with the 30 year old Victim via text messaging. He was arraigned by MDJ Maria Dissinger at LCCB and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Drug Possession, Public Drunkenness – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Drunkenness have been filed against Christian Villegas-Rivera, a 35 year old North Lebanon resident, after an incident on Aug. 3, 2020 at 11:45 a.m. on the 200 block of North 7th St.

Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Taquan Bradford, a 27 year old Lebanon resident, after contact with police on Aug. 20, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. on the 400 block of South 8th St.

Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Jose Correa-Ledesma, a 37 year old Lebanon resident, after contact with police on Sept. 12, 2020 at 6:45 p.m. on the 400 block of Spruce St.

Pedestrian Struck Accident – On Oct. 2, 2020 at 12:52 p.m., police were dispatched to a pedestrian struck accident on the 700 block of South 12th St. Police are investigating this accident with the assistance of the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team. The Operator of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. The Victim, a 70 year old Lebanon resident, has been transported to a local medical facility for treatment of her injuries. Her condition was not immediately available. The 26 year old male Operator of the vehicle was not injured. The Operator was driving his vehicle south on 12th St. and the pedestrian was crossing from the east side of the 700 block of South 12th St. to the west side. The Victim was not at a crosswalk. Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to call the Lebanon City Police at 717-272-2054.

East Hanover Township

Firearm Found Or Surrendered – On Sept. 10, 2020 between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., State Police received a report of an individual opening a FedEx package on the 600 block of Pine Rd. and finding a firearm. The firearm was secured by State Police. Investigation is ongoing.

Heidelberg Township

Vehicle Accident – On Oct. 2, 2020 at 2:37 p.m., this crash occurred on SR 501 and its intersection with Reistville Rd. in Heidelberg Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 2, a 2006 Jeep Liberty, driven by Operator 2, a 66 year old Ephrata woman, was traveling south on SR 501. Unit 1, a 2007 Honda Civic, driven by Operator 1, a 24 year old Palmyra woman, was approaching, traveling north on SR 501. Unit 1 attempted to negotiate a lefthand turn onto Reistville Rd. and subsequently struck the driver’s side of Unit 2. Unit 1 sustained minor contact damage to the front bumper. Unit 2 sustained minor contact damage to the driver’s side door and rear fender. Operator 1 and Operator 2 reported no injuries as a result of this crash. Unit 1 was driven from the scene. Unit 2 was towed by Glenn’s Towing due to the fact that Operator 2 did not feel safe driving it from the scene. Both Operators were issued an application to obtain a crash report and a non-reportable driver exchange. Operator 1 was cited for Turning Movements and Required Signals.

Jackson Township

Assault With Weapon – On Sept. 29, 2020 at 9:30 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to a domestic violence call on Beverly Dr. A white male was subsequently taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault and related offenses. The Arrestee was a 36 year old Myerstown man. The Victim was a 33 year old Myerstown woman.

Myerstown Borough

Harassment – On Sept. 23, 2020 at approximately 7:29 a.m., PSP Jonestown troopers were dispatched to the 00 block of South Locust St. in Myerstown Boro. for a reported inactive domestic. The investigation revealed that both parties had been physical with each other. Both parties were cited appropriately. The Victims/Arrestees were a 23 year old Myerstown woman and a 31 year old Myerstown man.

North Cornwall Township

Vehicle Accident – On Oct. 1, 2020 at 11:14 a.m., this vehicle accident occurred on Quentin Rd. at Tuck St. Operator 1, a 73 year old Lebanon man, was traveling north on Quentin Rd., intending to turn right onto Tuck St. Operator 2, a 33 year old Lebanon man, was also traveling north behind Operator 1. Operator 2 thought Operator 1 was turning left, went around Operator 1 on the shoulder. Operator 1 struck Operator 2 as he made the turn onto Tuck St. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Operator 2 refused EMS. Both Units were driven from the scene.

Fleeing And Eluding, Driving In A Dangerous Manner, Drug Possession – On Sept. 22, 2020 at 2:02 p.m., State Police attempted to pull over the 2008 Ford Escape for numerous traffic violations at Church Rd. and Oak St. The above vehicle fled and a vehicle pursuit ensued. During the pursuit, a Passenger in the vehicle threw numerous suspected drugs and contraband out of the passenger’s side window. The pursuit entered North Cornwall Twp., where the above vehicle was stopped and both occupants were taken into custody without incident. The Operator was charged with Felony Fleeing and Eluding, due to reaching high rates of speed during the pursuit, and Driving in a Dangerous Manner. The Passenger was found to be in Possession of Marijuana. The Arrestees were Cynthia Santiago, a 19 year old Lebanon woman, and Oscar Minaya-Santana, a 23 year old Lebanon man. Charges are pending.

Penn Township

Drug Possession – On Sept. 23, 2020 at 5:50 a.m., State Police stopped the 1998 Honda LTD CRV at Bernville Rd. and Mount Pleasant Rd. after observing an Operator passing other motorists on the right shoulder. Investigation revealed the Operator was in possession of marijuana and a scale. The Arrestee was Edison Coste Rodriguez, a 19 year old Reading man. Charges are pending.

Union Township

Theft – On Oct. 2, 2020 at approximately 10:51 a.m., PSP Jonestown troopers responded to the 200 block of Moonshine Rd. in Union Twp. for a report of receiving fraudulent unemployment checks in the United States Postal Service. The Victim was a 63 year old Jonestown man.

Theft – On Sept. 2, 2020 at 3:12 p.m., PSP Jonestown received a report of a theft by the utilization of bad checks from Hellar’s gas on SR 72. The counterfeited property was a Jonestown Bank and Trust Company check valued at $150.00. PSP is investigating.

Retail Theft – On Sept. 30, 2020 at 2:26 a.m., PSP Jonestown troopers responded to the Speedway gas station, located at 1 Lickdale Rd. in Union Twp., for a reported theft of a micro USB charging cable. The theft occurred at 1:53 a.m. on Sept. 30, 2020. The Actor left the scene on foot in an unknown direction of travel. The Actor was a white male wearing a black and grey striped hooded sweatshirt, yellow bandana style face covering, black shorts, and black sneakers. Anyone with information regarding the Actor’s identity is asked to contact PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194.

Drug Possession – On Sept. 4, 2020 at 6:36 a.m., State Police stopped the 2001 Ford Windstar on SR 72 and I 78 East for speeding. During the traffic stop, indicators of criminal activity were observed and a search was conducted. Methamphetamine and marijuana were seized as a result. The Arrestee was Damyn Haag, a 22 year old Jonestown man. Charges are pending.
