Bethel Township

Vehicle Accident – On Nov. 27, 2020 at 1:11 a.m., this crash occurred on I 78 West in the area of mile marker 6.2 in Bethel Twp. This crash occurred as Operator 1, a 20 year old Allentown man, was traveling west on I 78 West in Unit 1, a 2017 Honda Pilot, and was unable to avoid striking tire debris on the roadway. Unit 1 sustained mild damage to its front driver’s side bumper and fender at the 11 o’clock position and was able to be driven from the scene in its normal customary manner. Operator 1 as well as Passenger 1, Passenger 2, and Passenger 3 sustained no injuries as a result of this crash.

City of Lebanon

Drug Possession – A 44 year old North Cornwall man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on Oct. 27, 2020 at 11:46 a.m. at 6th St. and Union St.

Retail Theft – A 40 year old Annville woman has been cited for Retail Theft on Oct. 24, 2020 on the 800 block of South 12th St. Total loss to the merchant was $130.48.

Harassment – A 30 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment on Dec. 3, 2020 at 12:55 p.m. on the 200 block of South 12th St.

Public Drunkenness – A 31 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Nov. 7, 2020 at 9:30 p.m. on the 00 block of South 8th St.

DUI, Drug Possession, Careless Driving – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Accident Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property, and Careless Driving have been filed against Jeremy Morales, a 25 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic accident on Oct. 25, 2020 at 3:21 a.m. at 6th St. and Locust St. Police allege Morales struck two parked unattended vehicles and did not report said accident. Police also allege his BAC was .19% at the time of the stop.

Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Derek Mutek, a 26 year old Lebanon resident, and Chadd Engle, a 33 year old Cornwall resident, after contact with police on Oct. 2, 2020 at 12:46 a.m. on the 00 block of North 8th St.

DUI, Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended Or Revoked – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (DUI related) have been filed against Steven Rosario-Feliciano, a 33 year old North Lebanon resident, after being found passed out in his vehicle in the drive-thru on the 1,200 block of Maple St. on Oct. 10, 2020 at 3:21 a.m. Rosario refused to submit to the blood alcohol test. Police allege Rosario has three previous convictions for driving a vehicle while he was DUI suspended.

Drug Possession, Disorderly Conduct – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Joseph Anderson, a 50 year old Lebanon resident, after an incident on Oct. 11, 2020 at 1:54 p.m. on the 3,000 block of North 10th St.

Disorderly Conduct, Harassment – Charges of Disorderly Conduct and Harassment have been filed against a 43 year old Brooklyn, NY man, after an incident on Nov. 23, 2020 at 7:31 p.m. on the 200 block of South 4th St.

Jackson Township

Theft – This incident occurred on Apr. 21, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. on Krall Rd. as the Suspect passed a check to the Victim in the amount of $188.50. On Apr. 28, 2020, the Victim attempted to cash the check. The Victim discovered that the check was returned due to insufficient funds in the Suspect’s account. The Victim was Animal Health Care of Myerstown in Myerstown.

Myerstown Borough

Theft Of Motor Vehicle – On Dec. 7, 2020 at approximately 4:48 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to the 00 block of East Maple Ave. in Myerstown Boro. for a report of a theft of the involved black Yamaha Raptor Four-Wheeler (ATV). Investigation revealed that the Four-Wheeler was last observed parked in the grass property to the rear of the aforementioned residence on Dec. 7, 2020 at approximately 2:00 a.m. The VIN of the involved motor vehicle is JY4AM01Y72C016774. The vehicle was removed by unknown means. The Victim was a 38 year old Newmanstown man. The vehicles involved included a 2002 black YAM0T0 Four-Wheeler (ATV). North Londonderry Township

Retail Theft – On Dec. 8, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., an 18 year old Lebanon woman and a 32 year old Lebanon woman were both charged with Retail Theft after they failed to pay for merchandise at Wal-Mart, located at 100 North Londonderry Sq. in Palmyra. The 18 year old woman took items valued at $28.09. The 32 year old woman took items valued at $47.76.

Richland Borough

Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – This crime occurred on Dec. 6, 2020 sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m on North Race St. In the commission of this crime, Actor(s) broke the rear window of the Victim’s vehicle. The Victim was a 20 year old Richland man. The vehicles involved included a 1998 Toyota Camry.

South Londonderry Township

Theft – On Nov. 15, 2020, a snap-on cordless impact wrench was lost in the area of South Mt. Pleasant Rd. and Mt. Wilson Rd., when the Victim got out of his vehicle to remove a tree from the road. The tool was in a black snap-on case. The police are requesting that anyone who located the tool to turn it into the South Londonderry Twp. police department.

Swatara Township

Drug Possession – On Dec. 2, 2020 at 4:22 a.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the 900 block of I 81 North for a disabled motorist. The disabled motorist was also found to be in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia. The Operator has been charged accordingly. The Arrestee was a 38 year old Keystone Height, FL man. The vehicles involved included a 2010 Ford Fusion.
