Bethel Township

Theft – On Jan. 1, 2021 at 9:30 a.m., PSP responded to Laurel Dr. in Bethel Twp. to a report of a theft/fraud. The Victim related that, on Dec. 31, 2020, she called a phone number that she found online to fix her printer. During the conversation, an unidentified male instructed her to purchase $2,000.00 in Google Play gift cards for virus protection. The Victim provided the unidentified male with the codes to said gift cards and never received help with her printer or virus protection. The Victim was a 74 year old Fredericksburg woman. The property stolen included $2,000.00 from a credit card, valued at $2,000.00. PSP is investigating.

Cornwall Borough

Vehicle Accident – On Dec. 16, 2020 at 7:19 p.m., this crash occurred on SR 419 East at Alden St. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 43 year old man, was traveling east on SR 419. Operator 1 drove into a downed tree blocking the roadway. Unit 1’s driver’s side front bumper was damaged.

Vehicle Accident – On Dec. 28, 2020 at 11:51 a.m., this crash occurred on SR 419 at Alden Way. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 74 year old Lebanon woman, pulled out from the stop sign on Alden Way, into the path of Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a 40 year old Lebanon man, striking his vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene.

Jackson Township

Harassment – This incident occurred sometime between Oct. 1, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. and Oct. 31, 2020 at 11:59 p.m on Houtztown Rd. This incident occurred as two unknown males did kiss the Victim on the neck. The Victim was a 13 year old Myerstown female. This investigation is currently ongoing.

Harassment – On Jan. 1, 2021 at 8:35 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to Stracks Dam Rd. for a report of Harassment. Through the investigation, it was determined that both Victim/Arrestee 1 and Victim/Arrestee 2 engaged in a verbal argument which escalated to physical violence as both slammed a freezer door into each other. Both individuals were cited for Harassment via Non-Traffic Citations. The Victims/Arrestees were a 63 year old Myerstown woman and a 37 year old Myerstown woman.

Harassment – On Jan. 4, 2021 at 6:28 p.m., PSP responded to the 500 block of Houtztown Rd. in Jackson Twp. for a report of threats being received by the Complainant/Victim. The Victim related that she received harassing text messages from a contractor, the Arrestee, that she hired because of a job that was supposed to take place that present day. The Victim received multiple telephone calls and multiple text messages from the Arrestee that were explicit and in a harassing nature. The Arrestee was a 72 year old Lebanon man. The Victim was a 49 year old Myerstown woman. On Jan. 5, 2021 at 2:55 p.m., an NTC was filed against the Arrestee for Harassment to MDJ Verna’s Office. NTC and pictures of text messages were attached to the report. A Victim’s Rights Guide was sent to the Victim by mail. PSP is investigating.

Harassment – On Jan. 5, 2021 at 9:02 a.m., PSP Jonestown troopers responded to the 500 block of West Lincoln Ave. in Jackson Twp. for a report of a male and female arguing. Investigation revealed that the Arrestee shoved the Victim against a door and prevented her from leaving the residence. The Arrestee has been cited with Harassment with MDJ 52-3-01. The Arrestee was a 37 year old Myerstown man. The Victim was a 30 year old Myerstown woman.

Millcreek Township

Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – Sometime between Dec. 31, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and Jan. 1, 2021 at 3:30 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to Rod and Gun Rd. for a report of criminal mischief. An unknown Suspect or Suspects placed firecrackers inside the Victim’s mailbox, causing damage to the inside of the mailbox. The Suspect or Suspects then left by an unknown means in an unknown direction. The Victim was a 41 year old Newmanstown woman.

North Cornwall Township

Disorderly Conduct, Drug Possession – On Dec. 23, 2020 at 7:36 p.m., this incident occurred in the parking lot of the Plaza Mall, located on Quentin Rd. A 20 year old Fredericksburg man and a 20 year old Fredericksburg woman were cited for Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Marijuana/Drug Paraphernalia. Police responded to a false alarm call for an adjacent business and observed two individuals sitting in a vehicle while the business was closed.

Harassment – On Dec. 30, 2020 at 6:41 p.m., this incident occurred on the 400 block of West Locust St. in Cleona. A 28 year old Cleona man was cited with Harassment when he struck a male Victim on the mouth. Police were called to the residence for a disturbance.

Vehicle Accident – On Dec. 31, 2020 at 6:49 p.m., this crash occurred on Rocherty Rd. and North Cornwall Rd. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 68 year old Lebanon man, was traveling north on North Cornwall Rd. Operator 1 stopped at the stop sign, did not see anyone approaching, and proceeded to enter the intersection. Unit 1 then struck Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a 28 year old Lebanon woman, who was traveling east on Rocherty Rd. Both vehicles suffered moderate/severe damage and were towed from the scene. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Stop Signs and Yield Signs Traffic Violation.

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 4, 2021 at 5:44 p.m., this crash occurred on Walnut St. at 16th St. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, an 84 year old Cleona woman, turned left from South 16th St. onto Walnut St. Operator 1 didn’t see Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a 32 year old Lebanon man, who was traveling east on Walnut St. Unit 1 struck the front of Unit 2, as it was pulling forward into the intersection. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Unit 2 had to be towed from the scene.

North Londonderry Township

Theft – A 44 year old North Londonderry Twp. woman reported her vehicle was entered, sometime between Jan. 1, 2021 and Jan. 2, 2021, while parked in front of her residence on the 00 block of Hartford Dr. It was reported that the vehicle’s doors were unlocked at the time of the theft. Approximately $250.00 cash was stolen.

Retail Theft – On Jan. 4, 2021 at 11:49 a.m., police responded to Wal-Mart for a retail theft. April Devoy, a 33 year old York resident, was charged with Felony Retail Theft after allegedly failing to pay for $285.24 worth of groceries. Devoy was arrested and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.

Richland Borough

Theft – On Jan. 4, 2021 at 3:30 p.m., PSP responded to the 00 block of Poplar St. in Richland Boro. to a report of a theft/fraud. The Victim related that, on said date, she received a phone call and text messages from an unknown Actor who related that the Victim had won a cash prize of $150,000.00 from Publisher’s Clearing House. The Victim was advised that she would have to pay a shipping fee for the reward which was $1,000.00, but would have to send the money through eBay gift cards. The Victim provided the unknown Actor with the codes to said gift cards and was advised from a store worker that she was involved in a scam. The Victim’s bank was notified of the issue. The Victim was a 73 year old Richland woman. The stolen property included $1,000.00. A Victim’s Rights Guide was provided to the Victim. There are no investigatory leads. PSP is investigating.

Union Township

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 3, 2021 at 3:31 a.m., this crash occurred on I 81 North at mile marker 91.1 in Union Twp. Unit 1, a 2021 Hyundai Accent, driven by Operator 1, was traveling north in the right lane. A deer ran into the roadway in the path of Unit 1. Unit 1 struck the deer with the front bumper, causing minor damage to the bumper and windshield. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Unit 1 was drivable.

West Cornwall Township

Vehicle Accident – On Dec. 16, 2020 at 4:58 p.m., this crash occurred on the 3,100 block of Lebanon Rd. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 29 year old Lebanon man, was northbound on SR 72. Unit 1 then moved over into the left northbound lane and struck Unit 2, driven by Operator 2, a Lebanon man. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash.

Vehicle Accident – On Dec. 30, 2020 at 7:33 a.m., this crash occurred on the 400 block of Horseshoe Pike in Lebanon. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 51 year old Hummelstown woman, crossed over both lanes of travel and crashed into a ditch at the above address. Operator 1 was transported to the hospital from the scene. Unit 1 was towed from the scene.
