Retail Theft – A 40 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Retail Theft on Dec. 24, 2020 at 12:01 p.m. on the 40 block of South 9th St. Total loss to the merchant is $33.99.

Harassment – A 25 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Harassment after an incident on Jan. 19, 2021 at 4:10 p.m. on the 00 block of North 6th St.

Public Drunkenness – A 28 year old Swatara Twp. man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Jan. 21, 2021 at 4:30 a.m. at Lehman St. and Cherry St.

Drug Possession – A 35 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Jan. 16, 2021 at 6:04 p.m. on the 1,000 block of Willow St.

Public Drunkenness – A 48 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Jan. 20, 2021 at 7:40 p.m. on the 800 block of Scull St.

Drug Possession – A 33 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Jan. 25, 2021 at 11:09 a.m. on the 1,200 block of Maple St.

Disorderly House – A 25 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly House on Jan. 22, 2021 at 11:08 p.m. on the 00 block of North 6th St.

Criminal Trespass – A 37 year old North Cornwall woman has been cited for Criminal Trespass on Jan. 20, 2021 at 7:12 a.m. on the 1,000 block of Walnut St.

Protection From Abuse Order Violation, Resisting Arrest – Omar Rodriguez, a 25 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order Violation on Jan. 3, 2021 at 5:44 p.m. on the 800 block of Crowell St. He is accused of having personal contact with the 25 year old Victim of the PFA. The Victim was not injured as a result of the contact. Rodriguez was being taken into custody for the violation and resisted arrest. He was charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, and a Parking Violation. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Rodriguez was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $1,000 bail on the PFA Violation and $5,000 bail on the additional charges.

Arrest Warrant, Simple Assault – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Eric Sanchez, a 24 year old Bronx, NY resident, after an incident on Jan. 6, 2021 at 2:19 p.m. on the 500 block of East Cumberland St. Sanchez is accused of using his cellular phone to strike the 24 year old Victim on her head, causing a minor laceration. Sanchez fled prior to police arrival. Sanchez has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related).

DUI – DUI charges have been filed against Andres Figueroa, a 50 year old Lebanon resident, after being found passed out in his vehicle on the 00 block of Lehman St. on Dec. 5, 2020 at 6:48 p.m. A passerby called police after finding him passed out in the driver’s seat with the vehicle engine running. Police accused Figueroa of having a BAC of .24% at the time of the incident.

Harassment – A North Lebanon Twp. woman has been cited for Harassment after an incident on Jan. 27, 2021 at 2:50 p.m. on the 800 block of Bowman St.

Possession With Intent To Deliver A Controlled Substance, Drug Possession – Omar Aquino, an 18 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after contact with police on Jan. 9, 2021 at 7:54 p.m. on the 1,200 block of Shuey St. Aquino was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended Or Revoked – A charge of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (DUI related) has been filed against Sabre Scott, a 39 year old Annville resident, after a traffic stop on Jan. 21, 2021 at 8:24 p.m. at North 7th St. and Crowell St.

DUI, Careless Driving – A charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Careless Driving have been filed against Gale Moyer, a 67 year old North Cornwall resident, after a motor vehicle accident on Jan. 6, 2021 at 4:14 p.m. at South 8th St. and Poplar St. No one was injured during the accident. Police allege Moyer refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test.

DUI, Unauthorized Transfer Or Use Of Registration – Charges of DUI and Unauthorized Transfer or Use of Registration have been filed against Jose Torres-Cosme, a 42 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic stop on Jan. 1, 2021 at 1:45 a.m. on the 600 block of North 12th St. Police allege Torres’ BAC was .13% at the time of the stop.

East Hanover Township

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 29, 2021 at approximately 3:01 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to a reported crash on Ono Rd. near Blacksmith Ln. This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup, driven by Operator 1, a 27 year old Palmyra man, and Unit 2, a 2019 Blue Bird Body School Bus, driven by Operator 2, a 64 year old Lebanon woman, accompanied by Passenger 1, a 14 year old Annville female, Passenger 2, a 12 year old Annville female, Passenger 3, a 15 year old Jonestown female, Passenger 4, a 14 year old Jonestown male, Passenger 5, a 12 year old Jonestown male, Passenger 6, a 14 year old Annville female, Passenger 7, a 12 year old Annville female, Passenger 8, a 16 year old Fredericksburg male, and Passenger 9, an 11 year old Annville male, were traveling south on Ono Rd., when Unit 2 slowed and stopped on the lane of travel to let students off of the school bus and was subsequently rear-ended by Unit 1. Fire and EMS responded to the scene and no injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Following Too Closely.

Heidelberg Township

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 29, 2021 at 7:34 p.m., this reportable crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta, driven by Operator 1, a 28 year old Lebanon man, was traveling southbound on Stiegel Rd. (SR 501), just south of Michters Rd. in Heidelberg Twp. Unit 1 was traveling south at a high rate of speed when approaching a left curve and Operator 1 failed to negotiate the left curve and went off of the roadway and struck a fence post. Initial impact occurred as the front bumper of Unit 1 struck a fence post on the right side of the roadway. Unit 1 continued down the side of a hill and struck a large ditch at its next point of impact. Unit 1 came to final rest facing southwest in a field off of the right side of the roadway. Unit 1 was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Controlled Substances.

DUI, Traffic Violations – On Jan. 29, 2021 at 7:34 p.m., troopers responded to Michters Rd. and South Market St. for a report of a single-vehicle crash. Upon arrival on scene, it was determined that the Operator was under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested for DUI and other traffic violations. The Arrestee was a 28 year old Lebanon man. The vehicles involved included a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta.

Jackson Township

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 28, 2021 at 4:05 p.m., this non-reportable crash occurred as Unit 1, an Unpub Truck, driven by Operator 1, and Unit 2, a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta, driven by Operator 2, an 18 year old Richland man, accompanied by Passenger 1, an 18 year old Hershey woman, were traveling northbound on Kutztown Rd., just before Woleber Rd. in Jackson Twp. Unit 1 began to slow to a stop, just past Woleber Rd. Unit 2 was traveling directly behind Unit 1 and stopped as well. Unit 1 began to back up towards Unit 2. Operator 2 attempted to put Unit 2 in reverse, but couldn’t in time. Unit 1 struck Unit 2. Initial impact occurred as the rear bumper of Unit 1 struck the front bumper of Unit 2. Unit 1 turned right and traveled east on Woleber Rd. Unit 2 followed Unit 1 until the check engine light came on and Unit 2 came to final rest in front of the area on the 300 block of Woleber Rd. Unit 1 continued eastbound to an unknown location. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Unit 2 was towed from the scene.

Simple Trespass – On Jan. 30, 2021 at 9:35 a.m., PSP Jonestown responded to Stracks Dam Rd. for a report of trespassing. The Victim purchased the above residence and the Arrestee was still residing in a shed located at the above location. The Arrestee was cited with Simple Trespass via Non-Traffic Citation. The Arrestee was a 53 year old Myerstown man. The Victim was a 52 year old Myerstown woman.

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 29, 2021 at 2:48 p.m., this two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Elco Dr. and Weavertown Rd. in Jackson Twp. This crash occurred when Unit 1, a 2008 BMW 335XI, driven by Operator 1, a 16 year old Newmanstown male, was traveling east on Elco Dr., when it stopped prior to the stop sign located at its intersection with Weavertown Rd. Unit 2, a 2008 Toyota Scion, driven by Operator 2, a 16 year old Myerstown male, was traveling north on Weavertown Rd. and stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of Elco Dr. Unit 2 began traveling to cross the intersection when Unit 1 began traveling across the intersection, without properly stopping at the stop sign and clearing the roadway. Unit 2 subsequently struck Unit 1 in the passenger’s side door. Neither Operator 1 nor Operator 2 reported any injuries as a result of this crash. Unit 1 was towed from the scene by Gilles Miller Towing Company. Operator 1 was cited for Stop Signs and Yield Signs.

Myerstown Borough

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 30, 2021 at 7:58 a.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2004 Ford F150XLT, driven by Operator 1, a 53 year old Myerstown man, was stopped at properly posted and functioning stop sign on North Locust St., at its intersection with West Main Ave. in Myerstown Boro. Unit 1 was attempting to travel through the above listed intersection to continue south on South Locust St. As Unit 1 was traveling south, Unit 2, a 2011 Kia Sportage, driven by Operator 2, a 39 year old Myerstown man, was traveling east on West Main Ave. Unit 1’s frontal portion subsequently hit Unit 2’s passenger’s side rear fender and tire area. Unit 1 sustained minor damage as a result. This damage included a damaged frontal portion which sustained paint damage as a result of hitting Unit 2. Unit 2 sustained impact damage to its passenger’s side rear fender and axle. This damage included a passenger’s side fender which was pushed in and a passenger’s side rear axle which appeared bent. Neither Operator 1 nor Operator 2 sustained any injuries as a result of this crash. Unit 2 was towed by Leffler’s Towing. PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Goodwill Fire Police. Operator 1 was cited for Stop Signs and Yield Signs.

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 28, 2021 at 7:59 a.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2006 Ford Focus, driven by Operator 1, a 19 year old Myerstown man, was traveling west on Hershey Alley at its intersection with New Alley in Myerstown Boro. Unit 1 was driving too fast for conditions when it failed to stop at the intersection. Unit 1 traveled through the intersection, colliding with a bush. Operator 1 fled the scene post-crash. Unit 1 was operable post-crash. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.

North Lebanon Township

Drug Possession – Julia Boyer, a 22 year old Lebanon resident, and Talon Bournias, a 21 year old Lebanon resident, were charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on Feb. 26, 2020 on the 1,300 block of East Lehman St.

Accidents Involving Damage To Attended Vehicle – Nichole Dimascio, a 34 year old Sinking Spring resident, was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident, after rear-ending a vehicle on Jan. 23, 2021 in the 1,500 block of East Cumberland St.

North Londonderry Township

Harassment – On Jan. 25, 2021 at 1:40 p.m., this incident occurred on the 300 block of Fir St. in Palmyra. North Londonderry Twp. police department cited a 54 year old Ashland woman with Harassment, when she continued to contact the Victim, a 31 year old Palmyra resident, on her Instagram account. After being verbally directed by a police officer not to contact the Victim in any manner.

DUI, Drug Possession – On Dec. 4, 2020 at 7:40 p.m., this incident occurred on the 100 block of North Londonderry Sq. in Palmyra. Upon the completion of an investigation, Joseph Paul, Sr., a 43 year old Palmyra resident, was charged with DUI and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Police were called to Wal-Mart for a report of a medical emergency. Paul was found unconscious in a running motor vehicle from a heroin overdose. Paul was transported to the Hershey Medical Center, treated, and released.

Felony Retail Theft – On Jan. 23, 2021 at 2:11 p.m., this incident occurred at Wal-Mart, located at 100 North Londonderry Sq. in Palmyra. North Londonderry Twp. police department filed charges against Nicole McMullen, a 41 year old Harrisburg resident, for her involvement in an incident that took place at the above listed location on the above listed date and time. McMullen was charged with one count of Felony Retail Theft, due to McMullen having two prior convictions for Retail Theft. McMullen failed to pay for two items, valued at $19.93.

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 26, 2021 at 11:10 p.m., this crash occurred on the 500 block of West Ridge Rd. in Palmyra. The North Londonderry Twp. police department was dispatched to the above listed location for a report of a motor vehicle accident with rollover. Officer arrived on scene and found a single-vehicle accident with two injured Occupants. Both Operator 1, a 24 year old Hershey resident, and Passenger 1, a 22 year old Hershey resident, were transported to the Hershey Medical Center. Passenger 1 was ejected from the vehicle during the crash. The investigation is ongoing.

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 29, 2021 at 10:25 a.m., this crash occurred on the 500 block of West Ridge Rd. in Palmyra. North Londonderry Twp. police department responded to a crash at the above listed location on the above listed date and time. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 62 year old Hummelstown man, drove off of the roadway, striking a utility pole. Operator 1 was transported to the Hershey Medical Center. Unit 1 required towing. Operator 1 is to be cited with Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic. Citations are to be filed with DJ Garver’s Office.

Union Township

Theft – On Jan. 29, 2021 at approximately 9:03 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the 100 block of Huckleberry Rd. in Union Twp. for a lost/stolen license plate. Upon arrival on scene, troopers spoke with the Victim, who related that she observed her PA registration bearing: LBX6875 was missing from her vehicle. The Victim related that she is unsure if the license plate was stolen or came off of her vehicle while in transit. The Victim could not provide a time or location to indicate when/where the plate might have been lost/stolen. A CLEAN/NCIC entry was completed and the Victim contacted PennDOT to obtain a new registration plate. The Victim was a 28 year old Jonestown woman. The stolen property included a Part PA Registration Plate: LBX6875, valued at $10.00. If found, or if anyone has any information regarding this investigation, please contact PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194 and reference incident number PA2021-134730.

Vehicle Accident – On Jan. 30, 2021 at 8:49 a.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse, driven by Operator 1, a 25 year old Harrisburg man, accompanied by Passenger 1, a 21 year old Harrisburg man, Passenger 2, a 22 year old Harrisburg man, and Passenger 3, an 18 year old Harrisburg woman, was traveling southbound on Bordnersville Rd. Unit 1 struck a street sign on the right side of the roadway, before striking the embankment on the right side of the roadway. Unit 1 left the roadway, striking a utility pole and tree in the front yard of a residence located on the 100 block of Bordnersville Rd. Unit 1 came to final rest facing southbound in the front yard of the above listed residence. Unit 1 sustained moderate all-around damage and was towed from the scene. Neither Operator 1 nor any of Unit 1’s Passengers sustained any injuries as a result of this crash. PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Lebanon County Fire Companies. Operator 1 was cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
