Jersey Mike’s Subs will open at 1960 Quentin Road, Lebanon, on Wednesday, July 13.
The county’s first Jersey Mike’s, the Lebanon store is owned by franchise operator Matt Patterson. From opening day to Sunday, July 17, the new location will be holding a fundraiser to support Aaron’s Acres, a Lancaster-based nonprofit that provides summer recreational programs to children and young adults with developmental disabilities.
“We are thrilled to be joining the Lebanon community,” said Patterson in a press release.
“The response thus far has been great from the town and we look forward to serving everyone.”
Patterson said it is heartwarming to again be working with Aaron’s Acres.
“The services they provide to special needs children are amazing and we are happy to be helping raise funds for the cause.”
When LebTown stopped by on Saturday, Jersey Mike’s employees were getting trained in preparation for Wednesday’s opening.
News of Jersey Mike’s plans to expand into Lebanon County became public in November, 2021, when LebTown confirmed details of its lease in Quentin Crossings, a new five-unit, mini strip mall being developed by the real estate side of Musser’s Inc.

The restaurant’s hours will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. The menu includes hot and cold subs and steaks, with the option to skip the bread and get a “bowl” instead. Orders can be placed in-store, by phone at 717-769-6821, or through the Jersey Mike’s website or app.
