Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course received approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to begin live tests of wagering at its new sportsbook. Tomorrow’s test hours will be 2pm – midnight.

Upon final regulatory approval, the sportsbook will be open 11am – midnight each Monday through Friday and 10am – midnight each Saturday and Sunday. Regulatory approval is expected as early as Monday, according to Darren Rovell.

The casino posted a video of the first bet to Facebook. $20 on the Steelers to win the Super Bowl.

“I grew up a Terry Bradshaw fan,” the man told the cashier. “You never know.”

PennLive reports that the sports book will be managed by William Hill US, the largest sports betting operator in the United States.
