On Friday November 30 at 3:30pm, Fort Indiantown Gap will welcome the public for a tree lighting ceremony near the C-130 cargo plane installation close to the corner of Fisher Avenue and Wiley Road.

Following the tree lighting ceremony, Santa will be available for visits inside Fort Indiantown Gap Community Club. Refreshments will be served, including coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies.

The  brass quintet of the Air National Guard Band of the Northeast will be there to provide a holiday soundtrack.

In addition to Santa, who will arrive by a Fort Indiantown Gap fire truck, Maj. Gen. Anthony Carrelli will be in attendance and preside over the ceremony. Maj. Gen. Carrelli will be accompanied by Lt. Col. Lane Marshall, the Gap’s garrison commander.

In the event of inclement weather, all festivities will take place inside the club house.

Here’s the flyer and some more pictures from last year.
