The Lebanon County Detective Bureau announced today that it has charged a Philadelphia man for a 2014 incident that occurred while he was living in Lebanon.

Joseph Graves of Philadelphia faces two third-degree felonies, corruption of minors and intimidation of witnesses, as well as additional charges for indecent assault of a person less than 13 and endangering welfare of children.

Graves is alleged to have sexually assaulted a young boy in his residence on the 800 block of Willow Street. He is also alleged to have threatened to kill the child if he told anybody.

Graves was arrested in Philadelphia by US Marshalls and State Parole Agents before being transported back to Lebanon County.

Graves was unable to post $50,000 bail and remains incarcerated at Lebanon County Correctional Facility.

A preliminary hearing is set for 8am March 7 in front of Magisterial District Judge Maria M. Dissinger.
