Bethel Township
Pennsylvania State Police reported a November 10, 2018 incident that occurred around 6:33am at 139 Fredericksburg road in which an unknown Actor(s) stole a white 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, bearing Virginia registration VMM9353, from the Ace Hardware distribution center. The last time the vehicle was observed was on 11/10/18 in Hershey, PA. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Jonestown, phone 717-865-2194, and reference incident PA2019-343562.
Pennsylvania State Police reported a March 13 incident that occurred around 2:02pm at 19 Old Route 22 in which a 30 year old Jonestown man was observed concealing a bottle of Alka Seltzer, valued at $2.99, at BG’s Market. The Accused fled the scene without paying for the bottle. A Non-Traffic Citation for Retail Theft was filed on the Accused with District Court 52-3-03.
Cornwall
Harassment – a 72 year old Rexmont man has been charged for an incident January 3rd, 7:44 PM, at his residence involving a 23 year old man.
South Londonderry
On March 17 around 9:33pm officers of the South Londonderry Township Police Department engaged in a pursuit of a silver Kia Spectre starting around the 2800 block of Horshoe Pike. The vehicle committed numerous traffic violations and fled from officers when they attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle fled at high rates of speed east on Horseshoe Pike. A 51 year old Wilmington, DE woman drove into the opposing lane of traffic and eventually crashed in the 300 block of Horseshoe Pike. The woman resisted arrest when officers attempted to take her into custody. She was treated for minor injuries at Hershey Medical Center. She faces charges of Fleeing or Eluding Police, Reckless Endangering Another Person, Resisting Arrest, Driving Vehicle at Safe Speeds, Maximum Speeds, Roadways Laned for Traffic, Reckless Driving, Traffic Control Devices, and Careless Driving.
On March 15 around 5:20pm at 27 W. Market Street in Palmyra, a 18 year old Palmyra man was charged with an ordinance violation for driving a tractor on township park property on 3/15/2019.
West Cornwall
Accident – Occurred Friday, 7:08 PM, on SR 322 at Spangler Road. Vehicle driven by an 18 year old Lebanon woman struck a guiderail as she was turning from SR 322 onto Spangler Road. No injuries. Vehicle was towed.
